Yeuang Kraai Muay Thai

I recently joined the women's Muay Thai class at this gym a few weeks ago, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. As a newcomer with no prior experience, I was initially intimidated, but Kevin and the entire class were incredibly supportive and encouraging. Kevin's passion is contagious, creating an inclusive and familial atmosphere. If you're considering trying out Muay Thai, especially as a female, I really recommend this place:)

Coach Kev and Coach Franck are a privilege to learn from. They are always respectful and welcoming, no matter how much experience you have. Great mix of technical classes, conditioning drills and sparring.

Excellent lieu d'apprentissage, le climat est sain et respectueux. Kevin est un enseignant passionné et dévoué auprès de ses élèves. Très grand accent mis sur les fondamentaux et la technique.

I highly recommend training with Kru Kevin at YK, the gym is well equipped and intimate with max 12 people so the coach is actually here to correct your moves and help you get better fast. I have tried many gyms in Montreal and YK is one of the most traditional Thaï style I've seen, with proper rounds of rope skipping, shadow boxing and thaï pad work. I also salute the great synergy between Kru Kevin and his students, friendly and efficient. I'll be coming back for sure!

I super recommend taking Muay Thaï classes at Yeuang Kraai. Kevin is a wonderful coach in both private and group class contexts, he is unintimidating yet clearly committed to each student's improvement. Any class I go to instantly becomes the highlight of my day!
