I placed 2 orders in December and asked if they would arrive before Christmas as they were Christmas gifts and the agent said yes. Well, one arrived in mid-January and no trace of second one. I called in February and agent found out it was dropped outside our condo on the street instead of the mail room. Date of delivery was same for both packages, but by two different drivers. They sent me another same package which was useless since Christmas had passed, but it arrived. Two months later the original lost box arrived, damaged and obviously opened by someone. I tried calling Yves Rocher, but after waiting for 30 min gave up. I thought like many other sellers they considered it as an apology for all the trouble they had caused. Yesterday, I received an invoice charging me fully for the open package that arrived 3 months later. I called and waited for as long as it took and told them I had not touched the package and they could pick it up. They expect me to pay for shipping it back! How cheap! I have been their client for 24 years. I will never order from Yves Rocher again. So, disappointed!

Dommage que cette société utilise les services d'UPS pour la livraison. J'ai passé 2 commandes ces dernières semaines et je n'ai toujours pas reçu les colis. La première était censée être envoyée là où je travaille, de longueuil à montréal et la deuxième commande supposée être envoyée à mon adresse domiciliaire à montréal. Je viens d'apprendre hier que ma deuxième commande a été livrée par erreur à une adresse inconnue et que la première commande est toujours en attente chez UPS. J'ai appelé le service client d'Yves Rocher et ils me disent que je dois attendre 10 jours ouvrables avant de pouvoir faire quoi que ce soit concernant mon colis perdu, même si j'ai la preuve qu'il a été livré ailleurs. On n'a même pas le choix de le faire récupérer dans un magasin Yves Rocher pour éviter toutes ces erreurs de livraison. J'aimerais juste savoir tout cela avant de commander avec eux. Je vais choisir d'autres options auprès d'entreprises qui peuvent me donner un meilleur service après-vente.

I’m an online regular customer. Often I receive my order within 3-5 business day. I understand because the holiday is around the corner. So I made a online order on November 18! Finally today it said it delivered. However, my order is delivered to 2199 BOULEVARD FERNAND-LAFONTAINE
LONGUEUIL, QC. How does it happen? Now I have to wait another 10 business days!
