I love their staff, their service, their professionalism. I started going there for nails and eyebrows (best eyebrows specialist on town) and now I go there often and trust them with closed eyes.
I am also sharing their services with the Latin community, it is hard to find in Canada something to our standards and they do, it's impeccable!

82 dollars pour un rehaussement des cils. Aucun résultat et des yeux qui me brûlent. Je me suis rincée le visage en rentrant mais j'ai toujours mal. J'ai déjà fait plusieurs rehaussement avec un autre produit ailleurs et ça tenait bien. Je suis trop déçue. L'esthéticienne m'a fait un rabais.de 10%. 82 dollars au lieu de 90.

I really wanted to love this place. I live right next and love self care. But I was sorely disappointed by the bio gel nail extensions I got. Not one nail looks like the other. Little budges, uneven coating, the girl was rushing to get it done and i begged her to not give me a flare effect, and she didn’t, for ONE nail. The rest were indeed, flared. Sad.

Les techniciennes sont toutes bonnes et très gentilles.
Les pros des sourcils.
La boutique est ultra mignonne, girly over the top. C'est bien agréable s'y faire chouchouter.
Seul bémol, pas de chaises de massage pour les pedicures.

Please do not go there for your eyebrows!

Prices have gone up and service has gone down a lot over the years. The skill of the technicians is very inconsistent depending on who you book with and what kind of mood they are in.
They have a nice loyalty program where you get 25% off after 5 services. I was doing nails, wax, brows and everything there but I changed salons after the receptionist argued with me that I should only get 1 stamp for my appointment where I spent over 200$ and did mani, pedi and wax. So you give 1 stamp if I do a 12$ threading and 1 stamp if I spend 200$ every 3-4 weeks.it doesn't make sense and left me feeling like they don't care to keep me as a happy client. I referred friends over the years and always supported this salon but I guess it doesn't matter to them.it's not about the money, it's the principle of giving good service to good customers.
Also, I have concerns about the hygiene of the establishment that started when I saw Farah the receptionist go over to the threading station, tweeze her own eyebrows, put the tweezers back at the station and walk away. There are many salons in the city, a business needs to very careful about the impression they give.
Wishing the salon good luck but I won't be back, unfortunately.

Good salon with experienced technicians. I prefer Noora for my nails and Hamida for eyebrows threading!

I love doing my nails there! Especially for nail art! The staff is really good and super nice! I never took the time to write a review before so I included a few of their work

It took 2 hours and 200$ later for me to leave with heavy lashes when I asked for light and wispy. I then went on home, only to realize that a bunch of the lashes came off already. There was no music or anything to distract me while I laid down for 2hours straight. Would never go again.

***update***

Just slept my first night, lost loads of the extensions during the evening just eating and walking around. When I woke up this morning, an incredible amount of extensions came out once again. I will be asking for a refund.

***update #2***
The salon contacted me and I demanded a refund. They only agreed to give me 75% of the total amount paid rather than a full. I've now been waiting for the refund for 2 days and have still received nothing.
Most of the extensions are already gone, and all that's left are a few awkward lashes.
I added comparison pictures to show the radical difference between a few days.

I got my nails done by Farin and this was the best french nauls i got done in Canada. The tips are very symmetrical and even. The quality of service was great.

I got my nails done here yesterday, It wasn't even 20 hours later that one of them chipped. I got gel done and i think it's pretty bizarre that "gel" fell of my nail less than a day later. I tried calling them 3 times today, in hopes that they could fix this nail but nobody responded.

I did my eyebrows with Nargis today for the first time. Although I had not booked before, they accepted and in took me in less than 5 minutes. I had eyebrows threading and shaping and was so satisfied with their final shape. She was gentle and nice, and checked with me in the middle of the work for the length and thickness.

Salon beau, propre, personnel accueillant, polie et gentille. Nargis est la meilleure technicienne en epilation de sourcil au du monde je n’exagère pas car j’ai beaucoup voyagé et sais de quoi je parle, je quitte Ottawa chaque 2-3semaines pour me faire épiler les sourcils.

Meilleure esthéticienne à Montréal. Meilleures couleurs de vernis aussi. Très grande variété.

I enjoyed my first two experiences. However, at my last appointment, the nail tech that was removing my shellac burnt two of my nails and the new shellac nail polish that was put on only lasted two days before it chipped. Very disappointing.

Easy to book an appointment, friendly service and high quality products used. I will be definitely coming back in the future.

Je fais faire mes sourcils au fil depuis plus de dix ans, et j’ai essayé différents endroits à Montréal, mais celui-ci est le meilleur de tous. L’endroit est beau, propre, le service est amical et l’esthéticienne a vraiment pris le temps de comprendre ce que je voulais comme résultat. J’adoree comment elle a fait mes sourcils c’est exactement ce que je voulais.

Such a pleasant experience. I’m that girl who always takes her shoes off so I went in with super rough feet and noura was absolutely professional! Would recommend everyone to book without hesitation- plus the staffs attitude is lovely and the place was really clean.

I always get my nails & pedicure done from here, it’s THE only beauty salon I trust & love as they always try their best to satisfy their clients with amazing and warm service!

It’s a little expensive if you don’t do the combo pedicure and manicure and do individual services however I think the service is excellent and worth the price! It is also at a convenient location downtown accesible by metro and bus!

I went to this place to do my eyebrows, the lady did not want to do it, she talked in a rude manner i was ready to do it but they way she treated me like i dont have 12 dollars, and when i left she laughed at me, i was very mad i told her be nice u are dealing with customers, so u laughed at me coz am black or u thought i dont have money.

C'est la première fois que je vois du shellac s'enlever
et craquer tout seul en moins d'une semaine! Je n'ai rien fait de particulier en plus. Je suis très deçue. Le salon est magnifique mais ils sont cheap sur la quantité de produit utilisé. Le produit était fini et au lieu d'en prendre un autre la technicienne a renversé le pot sur la table pour recupérer quelques gouttes de produit. Elle m'a fait les ongles en prenant des traces de produit de la table. C'est bien dommage. C'est vraiment cher payé pour un service d'aussi piètre qualité. J'étais super excitée à l'idée d'aller dans ce salon que je trouvais vraiment beau, quelle deception.

Une place dont tout le monde doit aller! Leur service et ils ont un talent pur pour les ongles!

I did eyebrows and upper lip from Gul. She is professional. She did it in best mAnner. I will recommend all to get it done by her.

I went to do shape and tint my eyebrows. The lady's name was Gul, she was very professional, and knowledgeable. No one has ever shaped my brows this well before. I will definitely return back to see her. Because my brows are light and I pencil them everyday she recommended the tint and I really love it. I would recommend anyone to go and see Gul, she is great! And the price is very competitive for a downtown location. I paid only $28+ tax for shape and tint. Highly recommend this place!

La réceptionniste fait un travail incroyable.les filles ne parlent pas français et l'anglais de base. Le travail n'est pas égale. Lorsque tu deviens une cliente régulière elle font d'avantage attention. Une amélioration depuis un an. Pour les sourcils c'est la roulette russe une fois sur deux c'est bon!

I have been at Zar Bar yesterday and served by Hamida. She is kind, patient and knows her business. I totally, recommend her and the other staff as well. The lady at the reception is a professional with a positive attitude whos intention is to accommodate everyone and provide a pleasant service to all. Good job guys, keep the good work.

This is a beautiful luxury and very clean place. Staff experienced and so friendly. I go there to relax than doing my nails

Please guys pay attention to your bills, they are so unprofessional and greedy, I went to do my eyebrows they changed totally the shape of my brows both brows are different than one another, the lady who did it was very unprofessional and rude, secondly they are very late I had appointment at 1: 00 and she took me at 1: 40, she was giving my turn to others who were doing body wax or big things to make more money, my sister did her nails they charged her gel nail price instead of regular, will never return there. Hope my review help you guys

Did eyebrows threading there and she made them awful, very thin and her hands are so strong and hard she hurts me everwhere on my face, pulled my eyelashes, pulled my nose piercing. Clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing she has no experience. Never going there again and don’t recommend this place for anybody

J'ai adoré que la jeune femme a pris son temps pour bien donner la forme voulue à mes sourcils. C'est certain que je reviendrai à chaque deux semaines! Merci beaucoup:)

Had eyebrows threading. Completely thinned my eyebrows with large gaps in the middle. Poor service and did not ask at preference for thickness or style. Will not return. Can get much better service for half the cost many other places in Montreal. Poor customer service I felt like I was inconviencing the employee when there was only one other customer in the entire store.

Went there on two occasions, first time i went for a gel refill and put shellac polish on top, the refill was horribly done.not only were they cheap with the amount of gel they put on but the shellac started peeling the next day.the second time i decided to just get shellac on my regular nails, because it was sunday and a lot of places are closed i went there. Because i had sns they wanted to charge me an extra 20$ to remove it because the woman said “it takes a while for the drill to remove it all” i left right away because my original place doesn’t even use the drill! They use acetone and it comes off in 10 minutes!
honestly this place is a waste of money and the people working there are very rude and they’re extremely overpriced especially with the amount of competition they have around them.
HORRIBLE PLACE DONT GO, YOUR NAILS WILL TURN OUT MUCH PRETTIER IF YOU DO THEM YOURSELF!

Best beauty bar in town! Went to get my nails and eyebrows done and I loved my experience (felt like a princess seriously)! The employees were super patient, lovely and kind. The service was excellent as well. My extensions lasted for weeks without any problem I recommend Nargees for eyebrows because she’s very skilled and because it was always hard for me to find someone that could give me what I want. I’m definitely coming back!

Fuyez. Personnel de mauvaise foi, on m'as enlevé la totalité de mes extensions alors que je venais pour un remplissage de deux semaines. L'esthéticienne ne m'as pas demandé mon avis et en plus, la pose était très brutale pendant plus d'une heure. J'ai également fais un remplissage au gel et depuis 2 ans que je fais mes ongles, c'est la première fois qu'ils sont tout craquelés au bout d'une semaine.
