The longest line in the female fitting room, and that’s off peak hours. 30 min wait just to try on clothes. Should make more fitting rooms maybe?

Perfumes are always out of stock, every time I visit and I like the perfume it is out of stock how is this possible?

Was third in line and it’s been 30 minutes and it’s still not my turn at the cash. So slow. There is a line of 20 people and only 1 cashier who is training someone else. It is not time to train a new employee when there is a line of 20 people waiting. Ridiculous.

Worst customer service for all levels. Cashier was the only one with common sense. I went in 20 minutes before closure to pick up shorts they didn’t have at Laval. I was browsing before check out. Literally the rack beside the cash area. The young girl literally told me not once but twice to just wait in line. She basically wanted me to stare at the person in front of me to checkout. I explain to her that I will cash out I’m just looking at the table to add other products. There is no one in the kids section in line but me and the person paying at cash.
USE YOUR LOGIC! Worst service. The manager in charge was around and said it’s because everyone is tired! Wouldn’t it be a good idea for me to buy the 5 items instead of having to fold them. WOW good job Zara Rockland, way to go for service! Note: Don’t over exhaust your employees for them to be rude to clients. And to the associate; found a job that makes you happy…

This place is just terribly staffed all the time. Ridiculous lineups, one clerk at the counter while other employees are chilling in the dressing room. No sense of priorities. Each transaction takes an eternity.

The worse customer service I have ever seen. The store manager is extremely rude to customers - he was intimidating the cashier in front of the clients. He refused a refund to the client in front of us in a very impolite, disrespectful manner. We all felt uncomfortable.

Wrost zara in Montreal. Management team is failing at their job and it's vary unfortunate. Poor cashier in the men section was alone for the entire section was trying to do cash people was screaming at him. Called management for help several time and no one came to help. For the 35 min I was in line no one never came to help.

Les caisses sont bien gérées et le magasin n'est pas trop en désordre en période de solde. Les articles sont répertoriés par couleur, ce qui facilite la recherche.
