Professional team with excellent service. Contacted Kyle for a quote to replace my 16 month furnace (from LES Mecanique) that did not work. Instead of a quote, Kyle contacted Jason to inspect and they were able to fix in no time - something that baffled LES for 10 months. Pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and service of ZEN-AIR.

Honestly I would give Zen Air 6 stars if I could. Family run business, I had Harry the dad come for the initial visit to assess the problem. He was just awesome, explained everything and showed me a few tricks to maintain my heat pump. Jason his son came the next day to fix the problem and he was just great. Amy in the office was on top of everything and just incredibly helpful the whole way through. You'd be crazy not to use them for anything to do with HVAC, heating, cooling.

After over 30 years in operation, we decided the replace the a/c system. After contacting several service providers, we selected Zen-Air for the following reasons: since the first meeting, Mr. Kyle Porath (with whom me established the first contact) responded to all our (many) questions with courtesy and sound knowledge; he guided us, step-by-step, on the selection of the most cost-effective, environmental friendly system, given the pros/cons of the several different options available; he explained the procedure for the replacement of the old system and the price of the new system.
The installation of the system was done by Mr. Porath with a team of highly qualified technicians, who finished the job on time leaving the premises pristine. Once the system was installed, Mr. Porath took all the necessary time to set up the new systems and explained its operation. He also invited us to call him for any further assistance we might need.
Outstanding professionalism was shown from the beginning to the end (installation).
