Saturday February 4th at 11h00am I had an appointment at Zinabelle for a Hemam and massage.

First thing that was disappointing was the fact that there was no shower gel or soap in the shower or even at the sink.
The distance between the Hemam area and the massage area was quite a walk specially that you are not dressed and walking around with a towel on.
However, the worst part was the massage therapist, and as a result the massage experience.

The lady was dressed in suit like outfit with shoes with a bit of a heel which made clicking sound the whole time.she was unprofessional in every sense.
The light was bright, she was holding a vapor and coffee, she was loud there was no way you relax never mind enjoy the experience l.
Instead of having a calm relaxing music she was playing music directly from her phone, and the massage was inturpted several times as she kept going to her phone to skip the commercials on YouTube.
She also kept going in and out several times after 12 min from a 45 min massage I asked to stop as I was unable to sit through such horrible service.

The worst experience ever, I rarely ever write a review but I couldn’t help myself not to as I left more stressed than I arrived. This was supposed be a relaxing day after two weeks of back to back work however I wish I never even bothered.

If only I can give zero starts I would

The worst hamam. Always not ready. The hamam room is always dirty and cold. Customer service is also very irresponsible and rude.

I have tried multiple services at Zinabelle Clinique from relaxing massage sessions, to traditional Hammam services, and body waxing as well.
In addition to the spa services, I met the Naturopath Inas and Dr. Halima for my weight loss journey and for helping me to follow a healthy diet.
Inas was very professional and understanding, she helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle after losing weight, she made sure I got all my questions answered and she has been extermely nice and helpful.
Defenitely I'm coming back for more body slim sessions and other beauty services.
Highly recommended!

L’endroit est super beau, décoré avec goût, on dirait qu’on voyage au Maroc en ouvrant les portes de la place.
Le personnel à l’accueil est super gentil, souriant et accueillant.
La pièce humide est super chaude et la pièce où on se lave est très propre.
J’adore aller à ce hamam, je ressors comme un nouveau né, c’est une thérapie bonne pour le corps et le moral ️

We had a dietitian consultation. Frankly, if you dont buy their slimming products you wont get a proper follow up. We were lectured verbally in a fast way a customized regime, and couldn't manage to write it properly.we asked for a soft copy and were promised to get it soon, thing that didnt happen. After many requests, I got a call from the Naturopath specialist who saw us during our initial visit, she talked in an unprofessional way and said that she wont send us what she promised to send earlier, and asked us to stop calling, and even slammed the phone in my face! Really bad experience.

If you didn't purchase their products you will not get a proper service
also all their documents is in French even the program. Although they promise you to send it in English, but no action.

Bad dealing with clients and the result not satisfying at all if there is less than one star ill give it to them

Went there to see their naturopath, Inas, for weight loss solutions. Their plan works and you lose tons of weight which keeps you motivated. Staff is friendly and supportive! 100% recommend.

J'ai eu une infection urinaire le lendemain de mon hammam, côté hygiène ce n est pas vraiment le top, les tables dans l acceuil sony plein de poussière

J’ai vécu une mauvaise expérience chez Zina Belle hier le 26 septembre2020, j’ai faites un soin pour mes cheveux (Botox) et pour vous dire honnêtement ça n’a rien avoir avec le Botox.
Comme résultat j’ai mes cheveux brûlés, collés et une sensation de brûlure au niveau de mon cuire chevelu.
Malheureusement il ne faut pas faire confiance à leurs services car la santé du client n’est pas importante.
Aujourd’hui le 28 septembre je suis aller voir un salon professionnel pour les cheveux et ils m’ont traité mes cheveux avec Olaplex.
J’ai pris aussi des photos de mon cuire chevelu brûler et pour réparer mes cheveux je dois attendre 10 jours avant de faire un traitement aux protéines et refaire ma teinture parce que d’après la technicienne ‍ la couleur va pâlir.
J’ai perdu mes cheveux, mon temps et l’argent.
SVP éviter Zina belle parce que ça va vous coûter trop cher par la suite.

For the weight loss program. Paid over 500 dollars for 5 minutes interview and nothing in return, not even an explanation for any long program they want you to come back for more money.

I had no idea what to expect and was so pleasantly surprised! If you've never been to a spa like this don't worry, the women there were so kind and helpful, they walked me through it every step of the way so that I wasn't left unsure or uncomfortable. I am pregnant and the resources there are still enough to make it worth it without needing a sauna/hot tub.

We were a group of 4 ladies from Toronto spending the weekend in Montreal. A friend of mine had suggested we try Zinabelle for a one of a kind experience. We got there an hour before the massage appointment time as we were advised to do. Ines was the most gracious hostess! Hospitable, friendly, and warm, so typical of the Mediterranean ladies:) Exfoliation with Aisha and Nadia was AMAZING.then we were invited to relax in the VIP lounge with traditional Moroccan tea served with delicious cookies. Anita worked her magic on 4 very different types of hair to make us pretty much belles of the ball:) The place was spotless, the ladies were friendly, professional and the treatment authentic. A gem in beautiful Montreal. I Strongly recommend!

Je donne 1 étoile pour la fille a la réception.aujourd'hui le 17 novembre 2019 j'ai eu mon RDV a 14h pour un hamam pour que la fin je me lave avec l'eau froide j'ai eu une très très très très mauvaise expérience je viens de Laval pour le hamam or que je laisse beaucoup de spa à côté de chez moi, je laisse mes enfants pour venir.merci zinabelle ca sera dernière fois chez vous, et je ne vous recommanderai a personne.

Excellent experience! Best service I’ve ever had, this place is just great. We were a group of 4 ladies from Toronto and we were looking for a real Moroccan hammam experience we were very lucky to find this place, everything was perfect. The front desk ladies were very professional and friendly, the service is stunning and everyone was very nice and welcoming. Thank you to Enas, Nadia, Aisha for the awesome service and Anita who made my hair beautiful, I highly recommend Zinabelle.

the reason i’m leaving this review in this section is because as a new customer i came to this section to see how many low ratings this place has and because i found so many one star ratings i was not motivated to go to this place then i decided to call and see how they treat me
that is where i had the best customer service on the phone by Djazia who was so nice and professional as well very informative
so i decided to go there and see by myself the type of service they have and not listen too much to those one star reviews because most of them seems similar and i now think that they are fake
merci once arrived i was welcomed with a nice smile by the beautiful personnel working there
i had an amazing hammam experience thanks to mrs Aicha who was incredibly nice and gave me a deep refreshing scrub
i followed that by a massage from mouna the massage was so relaxing to the point i wanted to sleep
i was also intrested by their weight loss program and at the end the nutritioniste dr gave me all needed info on that
the personnel offered me free cookies with morrocan tea that was so appreciated
the place was clean beautiful decor it wasn’t crowdy because they’re organized and clients need appointments to go there

I was pleasantly surprised! It was my first experience in this style of spa - a little overwhelming at first but my skin was incredibly soft for the next week.

Ines received us with warmth, off to the Hammam with exfoliation with Aisha AMAZING.then relaxed with tea and cookies. Its very clean, the service is friendly and the treatments authentic. Strongly recommend best place in the city.

Mon expérience avec Zinabelle a été absolument merveilleuse c'était pour ma bachelorette party. Le hamam privé est à essayer absolument avec bien sûr le gommage. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. L'atmosphère est relaxante avec les lumières et les couleurs. A essayer si vous voulez une vraie expérience de Hamam.

Par contre je mets 1 étoile pour le soin visage parce que la personne qui me l'a fait a carrément charcuter mon visage là je me retrouve avec deux cicatrices sur mon front. Au départ j'ai demandé si c'est normale que mon visage soit aussi rouge et elles ont dit oui et effectivement les rougeurs ont disparus mais par contre mon front j'ai deux lignes rouges en plein milieu et c'est pas parti après 3 jours et je me marie dans une semaine. De plus je ne comprends pas comment on peut faire un soin visage avec des faux ongles aussi longs.

J ai reçu un très bon service pour une cure. Le hamam est très propre et tout l'endroit est relaxant. J'aimerai remercier spécialement JAZIA pour son service a la clientèle qui était top. Une expérience à recommander

De ma part j’y retournerais pas pour la première raison l’hygiène, le sauna était vraiment sale, la peau morte par terre et le savon noir sur la place qu’on s’assoit, j’y suis rester 3 h et en trois heure il faut passer un petit coup de nettoyage de temps en temps, car sinon sa devient dégoûtant même visuellement, la femme qui a nettoyer le plancher dans le hamam a tout laisser la saleté en plein milieu c’était tout jaune pas très beau à voir. Et les seaux en m’étale qui touche le sol, on ne met pas ça dans le lavabo parce que on ce lave dans le lavabo et les microbes on vx pas ça sur notre peau. Les filles à la réception sont très gentille et polie, mais la dame avec le foulard la elle doit apprendre à être plus polie avec les clientes je comprend que tu as chaud et que tu es fatiguée, mais il y a une manière de parler avec les clientes. PS: Faut réparer vos robinets.

Aujourd’hui fut ma première visite chez Zina Belle et j’ai eu un réel coup de cœur/coup de foudre pour cet endroit! Je dois absolument mentionner le service impeccable, la chaleureuse décoration, la propreté, le professionnalisme et la patience des employées ainsi que la qualité des services obtenus.
Malgré plusieurs appels au cours de la journée, mes nombreuses questions, mes changements d’horaires, mon retard à mon rendez-vous en raison du trafic, le personnel est demeuré attentif et attentionné. On a tout mis en branle pour m’aider et m’accommoder. Une fois sur place, on m’a fait visiter l’endroit et on m’a expliqué les différents services. La qualité du massage que j’ai reçu était incroyable. On ne m’a jamais si bien massée et dénoué les noeuds du dos. Merci Anita pour ce merveilleux massage et chapeau à Kristin qui offre un service à la clientèle comme j’en ai jamais vu! Impeccable! Si j’avais un commerce, je la « volerais » comme employée! Hihi! ;) Je recommande à 1000000 à l’heure cet endroit!

Ce magnifique hammam nous a permis de nous évader au Maroc pour quelques moments et de nous souvenir de notre voyage de noce à Marrakech.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été plongés dans un univers paisible et relaxant. Nous avons été accueillis par LOUBNA une femme souriante, serviable, et très attentionnée.

En résumé, je recommande vivement Hammam Zinabelle.

Ma collègue de travail nous a invité à venir vivre une expérience nouvelle il y’a quelques semaines de cela. Grossomodo, insatisfaite. Pourquoi? Le bruit et la fausse publicité. Je donnes 2 étoiles pour la gentillesse incommensurable du personnel et le stationnement.

Super moments de relaxation, agréable et le personnel très gentille, vraiment je le recommande à tout le monde de faire des soins chez Annabelle.

I have been going to ZinaBelle for the past 8 years. I always received the best services. I did all my laser hair removal there. I used the Hmmam many many times. It's always very clean and the lady that does the scrubbing is awesome. Because I trusted Dr. Serrar I was able to lose 15 lbs with her medical help and her products are so effective. Anita is also a gem when it comes to hair color, cutting and styling. She is just amazing.

Une vrai arnaque, j'ai entendu parlé de ce centre à la radio j'entendais tous le temps les interviews qu'on faisait avec la naturopathe "dr serour" qui dit comme quoi elle traite le diabète le cholestérol et les problèmes d'obésité pure mensonge j'ai pris un rdv avec elle j'ai payé la consultation 140$ la sois disant "dr" à peine si elle m'a consacré 15 min d'attention parce qu'elle était très occupée à gérer son centre en même temps qu'elle me voyait en consultation, elle n'a rien entendu de ce que je lui ai dit sur mon état de santé et elle n'a pas cherché à en savoir plus, elle m'a mis sur une machine pendant quelques minutes puis elle m'a fait sortir le diagnostique de la machine accompagné d'un plan de régime standard destiné à tous le monde sans prendre en considération mon état de santé puis elle a commencé à me vendre ses forfait de machines minceur j'ai répondu que j'allais y penser elle voulait rien savoir elle voulait que j'achète à tous prix, j'étais très déçu par le service c'est une vrai arnaque vous payez pour qu'on vous vend plus de services.

Wouldn’t recommend!
For the weight loss program they are the worst. Just for a machine that tells you how much water and other things are in your body is 50$. (You stand on it for 10 seconds) Yeah you lose a little bit of weight, but it comes back twice the amount you were before. I paid more than 450$ and got nothing in return. For a consultation you have to pay, and she talks so fast, so that she can be done with you and take your money. I could give it 0 stars if I could. They don’t even call you back for a check up. They took your money so who cares right?

Very friendly staff. Dr. Serrar is amazing. She takes her time with the patient and explain everything by details. Very professional. I made a program with her to loss weight. She gave me drops with it. I lost more than 22 pounds in less than a month. I’m so satisfied with the results. Thank you
