Super toilettage!
Geneviève est passionnée par son travail, ça ne fait aucun doute. Elle est douce et amusante avec les animaux, en prenant le soin d’être à l’écoute de leurs besoins. Mon mini golden doodle (parfois un peu peureux) s’est rapidement senti en confiance avec elle.

Et j’ai adoré pouvoir être présente pendant le toilettage, ça m’a permis de voir comment il se comporte dans ce contexte.

Zouvrac, c’est certain que j’y retourne!

Super 1re séance de toilettage comportemental avec Geneviève. Mon petit Happy et moi sommes très heureux et ça promet! Nous serons de retour dans 2 semaines pour la suite. Je recommande fortement les services de l’équipe de Zouvrac.

Super toilettage. J’emmène ma chienne Yumi chez Zouvrac depuis 2 ans maintenant et j’en suis très satisfaite. Ils sont très doux et à l’écoute de l’animal, je recommande:)

Par où commencer.

J ai demandé un toilettage pour mon teckel à poils longs de 8 ans, avec la même demande que je fais d'habitude à mon toiletteur habituel (malheureusement fermé) : raser la zone hygiénique, les pattes et derrière les oreilles.
3 heures plus tard, je retrouve un chien rasé complètement. Madame est sur la défensive, m'accuse de ne pas avoir été claire dans mes demandes.
Lorsque questionnée sur le retard, Madame nous répond d'un ton condescendant "attendez-vous quand vous allez chez le médecin? ".
Lorsque je confronte Madame sur le danger pour la peau de mon chien lorsqu'une race à poil longs est rasé, elle se justifie en disant qu'elle a un diplôme de "cosmétique animalière. "

Je suis en contact avec un vétérinaire pour des conseils sur la gestion de la thermorégulation de mon chien maintenant qu'il a malheureusemen perdu son poil long.

Very friendly staff. They know their products well and are able to provide informed and helpful suggestions if you have any questions. Always have the products I need in stock. Its a great local, neighbourhood shop. The store's opening hours are also very convenient!

Ridiculous experience today, I think the owners changed because it was great grooming before, today they absolutely butchered my dog in two attempts, had to go there 3 times during a work day to try and solve the grooming job they did. I absolutely do not recommend you go here, they didn’t understand what I wanted even though I explained it two times on separate occasions in the same day. 100$ for a butchers job and I’ll have to bring my dog elsewhere this week to have it fixed.

Très belle expérience.

Personnel dévoué et qualifié. Nous faisons toiletté notre chien de nature stressé depuis quelques mois maintenant chez Zouvrac et ils s'en occupe comme le leur.

Amazing store and grooming services! I was looking for a harness and the owner Felipe presented all the different options and measured my puppy for the correct sizing. He considered further growth and fur depth to show me how to readjust it as needed. I tried my luck booking a last minute grooming appointment, but as expected, they were full. Felipe then personally called me to let me know there was a cancellation (yay). The groomer Harmony clearly loves dogs. She and Felipe explained how they take as much time as each dog needs. Lots of toys and treats if they're anxious. Owners of first time groomed dogs are advised they might not complete the whole process if the dog is too scared because the dog's experience comes first. My puppy was such a good boi she gifted him a bag of treats. He's so fluffy! Workshops with a behaviour specialist offered every week.

Third time not the charm, terrible job done with new groomer, miss Sarah this person did the worse trim (or lackthereof) uneven, messy, unfinished and i left him for a second trim still disnt do anything? !? $100?

La personne qui a fait le toilettage de mon chien semble avoir le tour avec les chiens, bravo et merci
