What an amazing and fast service, I got my glasses in less than a week, they have the best brands and the people there is really nice!

Worst staff, terrible reception. No greeting, disorganized and cold people ignoring customers. Horrible seating area. Eye Testing is a joke. Reception staff would quickly blow air into the eye from the machine and within 2 mins everything done.

I had the most amazing experience at Zyeu Optométristes! I was a bit nervous about my eye appointment, but the staff and Dr. Minh-Thi La made me feel so comfortable right from the start. They were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Dr. Minh-Thi La took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood my eye health perfectly. If you're in need of eye care, I can't recommend Zyeu Optométristes enough – they're the best!

Excellent and quick service all around. I have a fear of seeing health professionals and going through with appointments but it couldn't have gone more smoothly and I will be happy to return here for future eye exams.

Worst receptionist. Proceeded to tell me if I don’t show up to my appointment that I have to pay a fee. Didn’t even ask what the reason was for my cancellation and then when I am trying to tell her my reason she wouldn’t let me talk on the phone saying I have to pay cuz I’ve wasted the doctors time. Eventually I told her, okay I’ll come but I’m not able to put my contacts in and won’t be purchasing contacts so I will be wasting her time anyways by coming in for the appointment. She then goes “oh I didn’t know that’s the reason” and I told her, you should ask your clients for the cancellation reason next time. I then asked can I speak to your manger please because I don’t think I will come back now and continue to do business with you guys. And she says “that’s alright, you don’t need to come back” LOL. I was like bro you work for an optometrist office… how unprofessional. She put me on hold only to come back not the manager but still her saying I talked to the doctor everything is cleared we won’t charge you etc.and I was like “okay good, bye”. Glad to know when manager came up she completely changed her positioning and finally was helpful. But yeah I won’t go back now. Rudest service I ever received

Always a great service when I go to Zyeu, the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Plus, the store is beautiful! Highly recommend!
