I went there for a couple of bearings for our central vacuum cleaner and they were $24.98 tax included.

That was $17.11 cheaper than the competition where I first went to.

No way was I paying $40 plus for two small bearings.

This place is an institution. It's not uncommon to see a loyal customer return after decades of using 1 Stop's reliable products, and the staff still remember your name. Staff knowledge rivals an encyclopedia. Installations are top notch with no corners cut. Service is performed with your best interest in mind and communication is clear.

I was looking for a carpet shampooer to rent and 1 stop was the closest to me went in at 9am. I had one in my hand 10 minutes later, Chris took time to explain what to do and how to do it on the machine. Complete Success the carpets look very nice. I had rented it for the day and I headed back within four hours so they only charge me for the 4 Hours. Great place, love the people there… kind, courteous and knowledgable. We have an older style central vac. The powerhead stopped working, and when I took it apart, the drive belt was toast. I tried googling the part, but wasn't having any luck. I stopped in today after work, and was in and out in under 5 minutes, with exactly what I needed! Came home, put the belt on.and voila! We are back in business.trust me, we have two dogs and it's been a loooong week without the vaccum. As I sit here typing this, the husband is happily vacuuming. Thank you to the two gentlemen who helped me out today.it is greatly appreciated, and I highly recommend 1 Stop Vaccum!

Took carpet cleaner in took them 31/2 weeks to look at it cost $66 dollars just to have them look at it they phoned me and told me they didn’t know what was wrong so I lost my money. Can’t believe they could not find the problem will buy a new one but not from them will never use this outfit again nor will anyone else I know.

Great service and experience, needed help with some pet pee smell removal in my rental. Sherri was very knowledgeable and helpful. Products are way better quality and effective then big box store shelf products.
