Always quality work and very trustworthy - they make sure you actually need a repair done before accepting the work (e.g. Battery replacement). Of all the places I've gone, this is the only phone repair place that has never let me down!

I had a phone that looked like it was beyond repair. Samsung S9+ with broken glass all around, it was literally ran over a bunch of times. The guys here at iRepair are miricle workers; basically repaired it to brand new in less than an hour! Thanks guys!

I was in from Vancouver when my iPhone stopped charging and I need a quick repair on a Sunday. Went down to the 30 min iRepair location and met with the staff who looked at my phone immediately. They quickly figured out what the problem was and fixed it. I can not say enough on how this team treats its customers, has technical knowledgeable staff on hand. Highly recommended.

Had my Samsung S7 rear camera cover glass explode during a very hot day. I could not get warranty repair as it was not covered. Some places quoted $70 & a day or two for repairs.iRepair quoted $40 & 30 minutes. I came back after 25 minutes and it was done, looking like brand new and spotless. Will use them as often as possible. Convenient, right on the bus routes downtown.

They made me pay 230 bucks for a screen for a iPhone 6s when it’s 99 so don’t go here

Took in my iPhone 7 for a simple charging port change. When I came back to pick it up, my phone was still in pieces on the counter and there were YouTube videos on his computer about iPhone repair. Turns out he damaged my screen while taking it apart. The screen was replaced at no charge. I thought everything was fine until I got home. The phone seemed to have a mind of its own. Apps would open and close on their own, the screen would freeze for no reason, calls were dropped, and more. I took it back and was told that I would have to pay for another screen and service fees. I told them that since they broke it they should fix it. After a bit of a disagreement I finally got my screen replaced at no charge. Too much hassle and an amateur business. Would only recommend this place if you enjoy going back and forth to downtown and paying for parking while hoping they don’t ruin your device. Terrible experience. Negative 5 star rating.
