It is perfect for our Family. Perfect location, high quality, the Building Manager is very friendly and moreover, We find it very easy to get in contact with the Building Manager in case we need help.

I am very pleased to discuss the ongoing visible progress going on here in this building. I have lived here for 5+ years here and in the recent time with the Raydea (possible spelling it wrong.apologies).
There has been visible positive changes to the building and I am pleased to see that. For example the front door was always an issue because it wouldn't close properly and after paying to have a timelock on it was a good thing but the door wouldn't close so, it was a failed attempt to offer solice on safety.
I have seen things change and I appreciate it when she does take the time to listen and from listening I see changes. Thank you. Please keep up the great work and I know sometimes people don't say thank you enough for your efforts just be aware that I appreciate everything that you've done.
The most recent upgrade was the security guards and also the cameras upgraded.
I thank you very much, makes me want to continue to stay here

We feel secure inside the building, and everything is great. The staff members are so awesome, they are accommodating, kind, helpful, and respectful.

Quiet and I feel secured. The apartments are neat, and most of the people that I met are friendly and are ready to lend a helping hand. It has a great view.

BEWARE! DO NOT RENT HERE! UNSAFE, FILTHY, MONEY GRAB.
The building is poorly managed and is extremely unsafe. There are a couple surveillance cameras in and around the build but they don't work. Random people knocks at your door, expect your car to get vandalized or stolen. In winter, you need to make sure you buy a dazon car chargers because it will be stolen frequently. You will get harassed by intoxicated individuals in the parking area. Human/animal feces, dirty needles and other biohazards are common to see in the parking lot.
Don't even get me started with the inside of the building. It is filthy and smells like mold. The elevators brake down constantly, it is mindboggling how they manage to get the license renewed.
Building Manager is incapable of solving any problem so don't expect any solutions from them once they make you sign that lease.

Beautiful view with lots of bedroom space and a lot of friendly residents, haven’t had a problem with this beautiful suite. Maintenance gets done pretty quick 33 river street is my very first time renting on my own!

Very poor service the back door is always broken and the staff cant even fix my portal i had to pay some of the things twice every month when they are already paid once charging way to extra for the parking $40 per month and still ur car is not safe u will find egg shells on ur car's windsheild twice a month
