A Balanced Approach Massage Therapy Centre

I have been seeing Lindsay Cottin for Shiatsu massage since 2020. She is an extraordinarily gifted healer. She’s very professional, skilled and compassionate. I always feel safe to tell her the reason for my visit. The style of massage is both soft and relaxing and also strong and potent. Her hands are as soft as butter and strong as diamonds, simultaneously. She is incredibly intuitive, finding root causes for the ailment. At times, aliments I wasn’t even aware of. She provides healing that goes way beyond my time with her. I feel much more and relaxed free in my body after each session. I also feel lighter emotionally, mentally and energetically. I have an amazing sleep after one of her treatments. I wake up feeling like I’ve “turned a corner” with my health. Pain is dissolved and I feel generally more at ease. She has been integral to my wellness routine over the last few years. I am so grateful to her for her divine compassion, skill and ability to help me return to feeling like my true self. A massage with Lindsay is potent medicine and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Saw Pricilles yesterday for a massage. I do powerlifting style workouts 3-4 times per week and am visiting from out of town for the week. She was able to find all the right muscles that were starting to give me grief and work them. You can tell she is extremely experienced at what she does.
