AAA Solid Foundations Ltd

I would highly recommend these guys for any foundation repairs. They were professional, finished ahead of schedule, and on budget. There was one small hiccup but they dealt with it promptly and did a thorough clean up (a water line got bumped and came apart but it was soldered very poorly). They braced 2 walls in our basement and also found a couple of surprises when they were doing demo (2 wasps nests and a hoard of potatoe bugs). Richard went above and beyond to notify us and then removed the nests. He said if we bought the spray foam he would plug up the holes, which we obviously did. Fabulous crew and we have zero complaints with any of the guys that worked in our home.

All in all, I'm super pleased with AAA Solid Foundation from start to finish. Braced 3 basement walls that were in horrible shape on a house I just purchased. Dale, Steve and Richard as well as the 2 young guys doing the work were very professional and informative. I would highly recommend this company for any foundations repairs.

I am so happy with the work that was done in my basement! The staff are all fantastic: polite, professional, and very conscientious. Good price, they kept me informed every step of the way, they have a stellar work ethic, and they were great to have around. I highly recommend AAA Solid Foundations LTD!

I was given the wrong product from my estimate and was only offered to have them replaced a week later which did not work within the time-frame of my other contracted work. I offered to prep the area more and they told me they would remove what is needed or protect it, they wrecked it. The grout work was sub-par which creates a leveling issue with the flooring. For a highly-recommended company, they made a number of mistakes without amending it and simply handed me the bill despite me voicing my dis-satisfaction of the work.

Contacted them to book an estimate. They offered me a Thursday date which I went to confirm immediately but did not get back to me until the following Monday. I then got a Wednesday date booked, and cleared my schedule for that time but they never showed up. Didn’t get an email or a call. Unreliable company, very disappointed.

AAA came in after a horrible experience with another foundation contractor and helped us immensely. We were left in a scramble at the end of the season with a contractor that didn't do the work as quoted, failed inspection, and damaged our house in numerous places. AAA were fast, friendly, and communicated well. The quality of workmanship was like night and day.

AAA was already contracted to begin basement repairs on a home I recently purchased as a condition of the sale. As things proceeded I found this company was professional, hardworking, did excellent workmanship in a timely manner and went above and beyond. Also, I found Steve very easy to work with and very honest about what was needed and how to protect my investment. I highly recommend AAA solid foundation repair. Thanks again guys.
