I've had Andrew Bowels as my family doctor for almost two years now and I'm extremely happy with the service at this place. 5/5.

I Have been a patient of Dr. Dattani since 1983.
Dr. Dattani and staff are always polite and professional.

Not a good service. Staff is like boss they never listen patients and not a helpful. Family Doctor is like next next never understand the pain of patient and situation. This medical centre does not have care about health of patients.

Been going to this clinic for years. Dr Daniels is awesome and the only reason I tolerate this place. Up until recently the staff was rude and disorganized, many messages never got passed between me and my doctor. A recent restaffing seems to have cured that BUT.

There are still no bicycle stands! Every time I have an appointment I'm forced to lock up to traffic signs in the parking lot which are not secure. At least half the time I return to my bike to find people fiddling with it in the parking lot. This is unacceptable and discriminatory as my bicycle is my primary mode of transportation and I should not have to worry about security any more than someone who drove a car. Acadia Medical Center needs to consider the needs of people that don't drive vehicles! 5 stars if and when they get a proper bike stand.

Dr Dattani is very professional and easy to talk too. I can discuss any issues I have and he takes the time to help me understand my concerns and then communicates a plan. The office staff is always accommodating and very professional. The office and rooms are always spotless and very clean. Great doctors running a great practise that care about every patient.

Dr. Bowles is great. He always listens to my concerns and I never feel rushed. Appointments were on time, of good length and were very thorough. I would highly recommend him.

Worst front desk staff, after waiting 40 mins for a doctor’s note, I checked with front staff and they said they forgot to call my name to give the document. Very unprofessional

My doctor here is amazing and kind. But unfortunately one specific staff reception lady is very disrespectful. She has been rude to me on the phone telling me a prescription I had is ‘a controlled substance sweetie’. When indeed it is not. I am an educated nursing student and know the definition of a controlled substance. Another time I showed up to my appointment half an hour late because I mixed up the times. I apologized and said it was alright if the doctor was unable to see me.yet this lady was very rude and said that she is going to write a ‘note’ about me? Improvement of the reception staff would improve this clinic. Quite unprofessional and disrespectful.

Very invasive and unprofessional front staff. I dread going in and dealing with them every time, they always find a way to make it an embarrassing encounter. Called to Express my concern and got hung up on by the "manager". Very, very unprofessional staff.

They will cancel the appointment without even calling you. I went their and found they forgot to call. In general it is up to 2 months of waiting and when u get a appointment this kind of services.

The front office staff are great people to deal - they are so friendly and accommodating. I am so happy to have found such a humble, caring, highly intelligent doctor, as Dr. Andrew Bowles. I’ve seen multiple doctors in Saskatoon and in many cities across this country and non non! Compare to Dr. Andrew Bowles. Give this man and his family permanent Canadian citizenship and do this country and this city a favor in adding one great professional to the team.

Dr. Bowles is fantastic! He always takes his time and really listens to my questions and concerns. He has also been very proactive when it comes to finding the specialists that I need. So thankful that I finally found a good doctor in Saskatoon. They seem to be few and far between.

Horrible service from both the front desk staff and the doctors I've seen here! Regret ever going to this place!

I'm looking for a new family Dr and have decided to see Dr. Bowles. Is this a wise decision? It's hard finding a good Dr.

This place is a hit and miss. Front end staff are courteous, but this place lacks in customer service and patient care. Information is never given until very last minute, if you forward a question to the doctor, they never get back to you unless you pester them again, otherwise - just trying to get in and see a doctor is brutal - a wait of 2-3weeks if anything, but then you get there and doctors only wanna deal with one thing and the meeting barely lasts 10 minutes.

There's a lot this place could improve on - communication, some compassion and understanding with their patients would be a great start.

Very bad people n service.they always make you to wait for atleast half an hour even if you have an appointment and when we were 5 min late only one time, the docter refused to see us and was seeing other patients and said either wait for an hour or go home and that was after waiting half an hour when we asked them about meeting the doctor. We all have our jobs and we take appointments beforehand to meet our other requirements too.they dont have the value of anybody’s time. When we ask the staff how much time they book for an appointment then they said atleast 10 mins so why they didnt allowed us to meet the docter when we hav 5 mins left. They also let walkins to go first even if you have appointment and you are available too.i think they prefer based on their own likings.the staff dont know how to manage the clinic and doctor s also prefer their own people first.wont recommend to anybody and seriously thinking of changing the doctor.
