Super happy I did not have to do any wall tile work as advised by several other companies. First Class service from Accelerate Plumbing & Heating Ltd. All staff professional, respectful of property and communicated well. Work schedules changed to accommodate completion when parts arrived early and an extra engineer supplied to help. Would definitely recommend as they could teach some other companies the meaning of Customer Service.

Deal with them regularly as a trade customer good value and good delivery. One expensive item short in previous order which I did not notice for several weeks. When I phoned them they checked their stock and apologised. They sent item out that day not many suppliers would have done so.

This company charged me $1400 for a gas stove & grill install and they did NOT go over pricing with me. They left 4 times to go get parts even though I had a kit for install! And every-time they came back with their part it was an extra $120 charge! Then, they harassed my phone very rudely. I paid half the bill but I had to move several times. Now they are spamming my business reviews! Very rude and unprofessional way to do business.

One of the drain lines in my house was completely stopped, and Accelerate Plumbing was able to come within an hour of my call. They remembered me from a previous visit and were about to diagnose and fix the problem within 30 minutes.

Amazing! Called Accelerate Plumbing & Heating Ltd for a clogged toilet after we tried using a plunger and auger. The owner gave us a time frame of 10-12 pm, and they showed up within the time window. Seeing the problem, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it incredibly quickly. Their team is consummate professionals, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend and will definitely use them next time around!
