Every year we have to call the technicians to come over and fix our connection because it will just stop working when it wants and refuse to work until we call them. This usually lasts a week or so, so we do not have internet until they come up and fix it for us.one of the worst internet providers ive ever had the displeasure of using.

Had an issue and was upset about length time on hold, however turned out there was a major outage that they were handling, hence the on hold time, they got back to me and looked after the issue I had. Thank you

Signed up for internet service at 50% off for four months. I paid 50% two months and the last two months they have sent a bill for the full price. Thought it was corrected last month, although the bill was still more than 50%. Whats with the false advertising?

On going connection issues. If I were operating a business I’d be out of business. Luckily it’s just for personal use so I tolerate it.

Customer service is very friendly however we've had many issues with our PVR and cable service. Beginning to wonder why we're customers.

If you need a reliable corporate service stay away from these guys, 24 years i have been running IT on all fronts and there internet service is the worst to date. We decided to try there service for one of our clients in sask and what a waste of time trying to run anything semi important on there network. No static ip assigmnet that even works, throughput is pathetic and not consistent. Our vpns are offline with there ip changes constantly even though they said it was locked to our mac. More bs each time we call, anyways we switched back to sasktel. Sasktchewan you should consider getting more options for internet that is reliable and not just for the sake of numbers and revenue. II' giving 1 star because im tired of calling there corporate support guys and there service does not meet corporate reliabilty and cost standards for any IT department. If you have no other choice then good luck.
