Worst service ever my unit was destroyed by tons of mice couldn’t salvage anything and they won’t replace any of our personal items and some can’t be replaced and management seemed not even to care about the loss of our items don’t recommend this terrible place worst ever pictures to prove everything we lost and still nothing seems to be happening

The girls at this location have made our experience the most amazing, relaxed, and positive of any other facility we have ever used! I only wish that there was more we could do to show our appreciation than fill this out or say thank you! They deserve raises and trophies or something!

Front desk/ customer service was helpful. Would be great if a list of storage unit sizes were available/ printed off to take home. Set prices for units versus varying charges is needed. Very limited supplies/ materials were available for purchase.

Facility is well secured with cameras and a gate! Affordable prices for the amenities they offer! GREAT and friendly staff with LOTS of merchandise to choose from! Their office is undergoing renovations right now, but if you ask the front desk ladies, they will be more than willing to show you the full display of merchandise available for sale!

Everything in my unit is extremely dusty because the seals around the door have long since disintegrated, letting dust and even snow in. The plastic part of the handle on my unit is broken and I told them over a year ago about it and they still haven't fixed it. Although they clear snow, they don't do a good job of going right up to each storage unit door, so the snow and ice build up and often make it difficult to close the overhead door to the point where it can latch shut. I'd move to a different storage unit company, but I don't need to access it very often and moving my stuff would be a big job.

Rented a unit for little over 4 months for 1 bedroom apartment worth of furniture. I had no previous storage experience before this but this place really set the bar high for me. Move into and out of storage was smooth. My things were perfectly fine after 4 months and I bet they woulda been fine for a lot more time since this place maintains a good temperature inside the units. Also, with how clean this place is and how securely closed the units are, rodents and bugs are not a worry. Overall, cant recommend this place anymore. Thanks for a great, worry-free service:)

I was renting a unit from this location and over the coarse of 1 year they have managed to raise the PRICE of my unit twice. The most disparaging experience is their lack of commitment to follow up on their contract of "accepting deliveries. " This company, although has friendly front desk staff, fails to maintain consistency in their daily operations with little regard to the needs of their customer.

Great service, quick, cheap, nice storage lockers, absolutely perfect for us to manage two van-loads on belongings during out move (we only have one van) ). Would absolutely recommend using these guys for short or long term storage.

I used Access Storage for about 6 months this year. The building has good security and was kept very clean. I received phone calls twice when there were concerns about the locker.

This place has amazing personal service. I accidentally left my unit open, (not unlocked WIDE OPEN) ‍️ they sent me an email the next morning letting me know and locked it up for me. I won’t even consider going anywhere else for my storage needs now. Good job access storage, you have not only secured my things, you’ve secured a customer for life.

Registering for and accessing the storage unit was simple, access was available at any time, the unit was clean and dry, and very little notice was required when we were done with the unit. Additionally, Donna was very friendly.

We where able to rent the unit over email. This allowed us to access the storage unit after hours on our first visit.

Best storage service I’ve ever had, very clean cells for unbeatable price.

Ok free first month but they kill u with late fees! And no partial payments. Be aware of fine print!
