Great customer service! Location seems to be little bit sketchy but well maintained access system and easy access to the location.

If you want want all your valuables stolen with no explanation from a supposedly "secure" facility, this is the place to go!

Lovely experience, needed to store something for a month between places, took advantage of their 4 weeks free program, feels like a total steal! Lovely staff, very good communication, and made expectations/policy very clear at the beginning of my storage period. Would recommend.

Customer service was exceptional. Carrie was very pleasant with a constant smile on her face. She was very thorough in explaining everything and made sure I was able to get through the gate with my code on a day we had an extreme cold warning out. She really shows concern for her customers.

Staff always friendly and courteous. Reasonable prices. Only 4 stars because of the sketchy stool that's available for the upstairs units. Feels like it's going to fall apart any time you put weight on it. Lawsuit waiting to happen

I had an amazing experience with the entire team of access storage, as I’m in the moving process from Saskatoon to Brampton. Especially giving the discount on Cyber Monday, but most importantly the team in Saskatoon (Darren) and his co-worker has helped me getting a bigger storage and in many other ways. Everything was done professionally. I highly recommend, because of their customer service, understanding the customer situations and lastly their excellent ways of communication.

Nothing has impressed me by Access yet, and it seems every time I turn around they’re increasing the price of our unit. It started when I signed up in the summer and got a student rate for our unit. At no point throughout my interactions with Access did they inform me that the student rate is only for 4 months in summer and then the price increases. They also conveniently didn’t put it in the original contract I signed, I can’t remember the excuse I got for that. Next, I signed up in the summer and wanted a heated unit. I was told I was given a heated unit. Fast forward to winter, it is not a heated unit. When I called to inform them that I requested a heated unit and I was told that it was one, the employee stated that they never told me it was heated and the only thing they’ll do is transfer me to a heated unit for their standard price…another price increase. They were 24 hours, then they reduced their hours. Then they removed the locks from the doors on the outside of the buildings (not sure why you’d remove one line of security). Then they have increased the price of the unit two more times while all this is happening. We were given some lame excuse about it costing more to increase security of the place and service, etc etc. At no point since we signed our contract, has Access storage proved that continual price increases are justified, nor has the service or security improved. It’s got worse. Lastly, I get an email today stating that if I leave them a 5-star review, I can be bribed with the CHANCE at winning some random gift card. Hard pass.

Darren Was Excellent! I Rented a 10' x 30' unit for one month during our move to S'toon and everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend.
