Pamela was excellent to deal with. I live in another city and we were able to arrange everything we needed to get a temporary storage unit by email and over the phone for a remote check in. It was seamless.

Turned out we didn’t need the unit and we emailed to let them know that the unit hadn’t been used and the green seal would still be intact on the unit. Within a half hour, we received confirmation the account was closed for us.

While I can’t speak to the storage site specifically, the customer service was top notch!

Such an easy experience using Access storage! I only needed storage for 1 month and with the first month discounted the price felt too good to be true! Despite some hesitancy at first, access storage did a great job providing me all the information I needed to feel confident in my decision to store with them!

Renting from Access Storage has worked out very well for us. The staff is pleasant and very helpful and we are quite pleased with the the access, cleanliness and security of the facility.

I was out of province and had to arrange that the contents of my storage unit be shipped to me. Having not foreseen this situation, I hadn’t set up the necessary paperwork or had anyone organised to ship the contents of my storage. In spite of this, Pamela and Carrie worked to make the process as painless as possible. They worked with me every step of the way, and liaised with the shipping company I chose in order to successfully meet my needs. The high level of professionalism and customer-oriented care that I saw in my experience with them reflects highly on the store itself. The location itself is well-kept, and the units clean and well organised. It was a pleasure doing business at this location and I would highly recommend this Access Storage to anyone with storage needs.
