I’ve been going to access tire for 10 years and never had an issue. But this October, I brought my vehicle in for a winter tire change over. On the way home, my vehicle was shaking, and none of the tires were the same level. All out by 1-7 lbs. Filled the tires to the proper level, it didn’t make a difference in the shaking. It was after hours by then, so called the next day, let them know and brought it in the day after. On the way there my tire was losing 10 lbs of pressure in about a 20 minute span, so I asked them to look at that issue as well. The girl at the front told me “if it’s still doing it after a couple weeks bring it back in and we can look at it” I thought… weird but okay. After getting my vehicle back, they advised the vehicle wasn’t balanced. So they clearly marked it down and didn’t do it. I got in my vehicle and it was FILTHY. Dirt and grime all over my door, steering wheel, gear shift, seat. I ended up asking them to clean it before I left and asked if they checked why my tire was losing air. They said they didn’t, so took it back. Turns out my rim was bent. I told them “well it wasn’t leaking air before I brought it in for my winter tires. Nothing happened on the way home. So why is it bent after bringing it here? ” Crickets. The man I was speaking to (who I think is the owner) didn’t have an answer which leads me to believe they bent my rim and didn’t want to take owner ship of it. I’m incredibly disappointed with this negative experience, after 10 years of service, a set of tires every single year…. I will no longer be going back there.

I went to Access Tire yesterday, received friendly knowledgeable helpful polite customer service. They went above & beyond what other tire shops offer. These staff are the cream o the crop. Very happy we chose Access Tire. I highly recommend Access Tire.

Changed my Tires for 700$ and not even 2 hours my back left tire is flat must’ve been some lazy workers, but thanks for letting me put on my spare

Access Tire really helped me and my partner out of a jamb.
We noticed a slow leak in one of our tires in Waskesiu at about 2: 30PM on a Saturday. We called tire shops in PA and Access not only called us back, but had the tire size we needed and said if we could get there 15 minutes before closing time (4PM), they'd take care of it.
We arrived at 3: 45PM and like a Nascar pit crew, they had the tire changed out in 12 minutes. Saved our bacon and our weekend! Big thanks to Jeremy and the whole team for the fast, friendly service.
(There's also a games store connected, and we found a super fun game to play.)

After five years of tire servicing, including four alignments by them in the past three years on my 2018 Toyota hybrid, my patience with them has been exhausted: from dirty seats after servicing (corrected same day), to badly done balancing (corrected the next day), to alignments that were simply done poorly (my fancy new Continental tires, with a treadwear rating of 105,000 km, had to be replaced after just 14 months and 11,000 km [!? ! ]), and mistaken diagnosis of tire wear, vibration and noise problem (NOT the result of strut/shock wear, or incorrect/unmaintained inflation of tires, or abusive/rough road driving) the final straw was my having to spend $1700 to repair the problem they created by incompetent balancing and alignments of the wheels/tires on my 2018 hybrid. Yes, you WILL save money on their balancing, alignments, and used tires, but their new tire prices are no better than most of the local competition. In the long run, going there will cost you much MORE than going elsewhere. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is that they are open Saturdays, and until 5: 30 Monday to Friday, and have free WIFI.

Great experience had to get a last minute tire fix to go up North for a work contract and they got me in and out in 35 mins thanks so much guys very much appreciated

Drop off my tire, at 9am. Was told it would take about an hour. Went back at 12pm, they told me, they didn't even start on it. If you were too busy in the first place, then you shouldn't have taken my tire and waste 3 hours, when I could of went elsewhere!

Very disrespectful management. Bought 4 new tires at a cost of around 1500$. They were supposed to balance, and they did charge for it. Next day it was shaking so took it back, they re- torqued the lug nuts. Still shaking so took it to another tire shop, and was told they weren't balanced. Then approached accretive with Bill for balancing. They even very rude and refused to refund me. Disgusting way to operate a buisness! I recommend not dealing with this buisness!

Used to tell everyone this was the place to go but after two negative experiences I have to say I won’t be going there anymore. Had an out of province vehicle get inspected with ball joints being required to be replaced even though I could not get any movement in them. Replaced the ball joints that didn’t need to be replaced but never had an issue with the business prior so thought I’d give them one chance. They did an alignment and I got four brand new tires put on. Went to put breaks on front tires and found inside tire all chewed up. Bad wheel alignment was only thing they found and they won’t even do a new alignment without charging again. Wouldn’t give me a break on alignment but just want to sell more tires. As if I’d buy more tires after they damaged the first set. Bought lots through them but that ends now.

Friendly staff, fair prices. I’ve been using this shop for a couple years now and wouldn’t go elsewhere. Highly recommend.

I was scheduled for the first appointment of the day at 8: 30 am. By the time Access Tire had taken my keys it was 8: 45 am. My block heater wasn't working and they booked me in for one hour. Approximately 15 mins later I was told the block heater had to be replaced. There was parts available in town which would have to be delivered to the shop. When I asked how long it would be, Access Tire told me it would be one hour from then.
I walked back home to wait and was called at 10: 03 am to inform me that it was ready for pick up. I returned to the shop and paid $397.87. My credit card was charged at 10: 26 am.
When I was back at home and looked at the invoice, I noticed I was charged for 2.1 hours of labour. I called Access Tire at 10: 39 am but there was no answer. So I drove back and spoke with Troy who explained to me that this was how shops everywhere worked. They charge by the units and sometimes it takes longer. I said it's fair to pay the labour time but it's not fair to be charged 2.1 hours for less than 1.5 hours of work. Troy insisted that there was nothing wrong with what they did. I have proof of the timestamp on my bill, my cell phone call log and their opening hours state they only open at 8: 30 am. Stay away from Access Tire!

This place not only is polite and quite quick but also decent prices and not shady and full of scumbags! Would always recommend and send family and friends!
