Very great team to work with, my buddy Calvin still there and is great to deal with, my business of choice for all my lock, safe and keying needs.

They were not at all friendly. Will be going to co-op or Rona next time. The worker was annoyed with me that he had to cut 10 keys, um isn't this your business? Anyway I certainly won't recommend anyone going here.

Went to see if they could cut a key blank I bought online. (Tip: make sure your blanks are made of soft metal/BRASS or his machine will get destroyed!) Although they were not able to cut the key, the owner was super friendly, chatty and informative. He's a small biz struggling just like the rest of us and because of that I really felt that he truly values customer service. The parking is kinda 'non-existent' so you may want to park across the street.

They're great if you can bring your vehicle there if not there are others that are better suited for your needs.

Twisted a key off in a cable lock that fit 70 other cables. Came in with what was left of it and they were cut me a new key in less than 5 minutes! Totally obscure little key, thought for sure I'd have to replace all 70 cable locks. So glad I went to Accra, they saved my bacon!
