I have had the phone to inquire about some vehicle parts they were very friendly very helpful I haven't really had an opportunity to do much business with them yet but I just from what I've already dealt with so far they seem very qualified and hopefully we could have some future business down the road

Installed a trailer brake controller for my F-150. Knew things the Ford service desk wasn't able to tell me and had the unit installed an hour and a half after first contact and most of that was driving time for me. Didn't get the guys name but he had a beard. 10/10 would recommend.

Call there to price a lift on my ram they took my info and said they would get back to me. Never heard a word from them guess they don’t need my money maybe it’s to old.

A+ experience start to finish, both times I’ve had work done there.
First was a Ride Rite system install with a 2” lift in front to level the truck out, and second was a LED strip installed and hardwired on the back of my GMC Sierra. Highly recommended place to do business with.

So went in and bought a trailer plug cuz it's a special one for my vehicle. It was faulty so I went back and they warranty with out any questions. I recommend this place 100% thanks guys

Update: had a wonderful conversation with a regional manager who went above and beyond to turn a horrible situation into a great experience. Horrible service, staff are too busy on the computer to bother helping customers. Have never had the items we are looking for in stock although they have them on display, which leads to having to pay a 15% restocking fee? Would never recommend them and definitely never return.

Rude employees and my hitch that they installed fell off my vehicle with a trailer still attached on the highway. Calgary location fixed the mistake that saskatoon made but it almost cost my family their lives.

Top notch customer service. Had an issue with an incorrect ordering of a tonneau cover and the staff did everything in their power to correct the issue as quickly as possible. Good guys to deal with!

I went in to get a piece to fix a broken tonneau cover, it was the brand that they only carry but the salesman didnt recognize the brand, said that they couldn't order it in and suggested that we go to Tiger Automotive- their direct competitors.

Tiger Auto didnt carry the brand of cover that I needed since they were exclusive to Action, but they ordered the part in for me anyway.

Had shopped around for a hitch for our Journey and found they had the best deal as well as 5Star customer service!

Very professional staff. Was able to fix the problem I had been struggling with for 2 weeks very quickly.
