Our water heater stopped working and within 2 days we had a new one installed! They were fantastic and even came back a few hours later when we had a concern! We will be using Action in the future for any of our heating/plumbing concerns!

I will definitely use Action Plumbing and Heating again in the future. I called yesterday (on Thursday) to get a plumber over the next day as it was an issue I didn’t want to leave all weekend. The company kept me informed and updated as the technician had to work on the previous job before mine longer than was anticipated. They let me know right away and kept me updated when he was on his way over. The technician was excellent, he explained everything he found (this was a furnace /humidifier repair), explained what he was doing to fix it, and was very friendly and approachable. He did a thorough job and solved the issues within an hour. Great service!

Matt came in & I was able to show/explain the problem. The outside tap has split the last 3-4 winters. It exits the house under the deck & runs upward 4-5 feet. It split again this morning around 8: 00 am. I eventually realized this when my next door neighbour came over to tell me. Went downstairs & got water off. Then called for service. I told Matt that I wanted a permanent fix later in the year. He explained how it could be rerouted & using upgraded materials I would have a system which wouldn’t freeze & be more accessible for me. We agreed & he will take it back to work & get the paperwork started on a quote. I agreed & look forward to a future date to have him & his company carry out this work

Connected a new pool heater and fixed gas leaks on meter. Came out did a quote for free, other companies wanted to charge due to being outside the city only 15 mins out so was very happy with timely response and free quote. Have them doing another quote for two new furnace connections as well for the fall! Great work thank you!

Tanner Clark was the plumber who repaired a toilet for me. He is a nice, friendly and professional plumber. Tanner worked fast and efficiently. I felt comfortable with him being in my home to repair the toilet. Booking my appointment was easy, I was thankfully able to schedule a plumber quickly. The cost is affordable! There was no service fee cost to pay just to get an estimate/ quote! I would recommend Action Plumbing and Heating LTD!

Action plumbing were called to fix my furnace yesterday. I found there office very professional. They sent out a technician with in a couple of hours. He did a very good job of adjusting the problems that had occurred. I would recommend them for all plumbing and heating jobs

The guys stopped by on their way to Dundurn and took a look at our freshwater cistern which wasn't filling up properly. We are still in the middle of the discovery stage, but if the problem occurs again, I am comfortable that they or another tech will be on hand shortly to effect repairs. I have used Action Plumbing a few times over the years and have always found their service fast, friendly, professional and affordable.

We found the technicians to be courteous and confident. They quickly analyzed the problem and provided the solution.

Fast and friendly work completed by Tanner. Ended up being over $100 cheaper than what I was quoted. They were pretty busy so I had to wait a while for communication initially, but they came as scheduled for my non-urgent job.

This company came and within less than an hour got my furnace going when another company wouldnt even look at it any further. So impressed with this company!

I needed a fan motor for my garage unit heater. Installed it myself. Got what I needed same day. Correct part and easy fix. Very helpful people.

Was super impressed with Action. They use an excellent computer system that texts me when when my appointment is scheduled for. Then, when the tech is en route, it texts me again. The tech phoned me before arriving and asked me to explain the problem. He then went and picked up a water heater before coming here. In the end I did not need a water heater as it turned out to be a leaking valve that had been installed by another company. I would highly recommend this company.

It was a pleasure to watch a professional at work. As I do pretty much most things dyi, having Matt and Marlin install air conditioning. Work was fast and well done! Action Plumbing also arranged the electrician whose work was great as well!

Just needed a cheap part for my water heater. They were the only ones in saskatoon to have it stocked. And provided a lot of advice considering they weren't actually making any money off me. But they will in the future.

The service we received was prompt and thorough. Our hot water tank bit the bust. Called first thing in the morning, by noon the tank had been drained and replaced. Fantastic service, I didn’t have to do anything except place the call. Did I mention that they left the place spotless!

Office staff replied immediately to my quote request via text; set up date for job (within 24 hours), called the city water department to arrange water shutoff, etc. Plumber came on time.finished job in a timely manner, arranged wireless payment, contacted city to turn water back on.all done in a professional manner.

Had a new natural gas hot water heater/tank installed.from the initial call, up to installation, I was able to quickly talk to someone and make the appropriate arrangements with continuous follow-up emails and texts until the job was completed.the installers were courteous and professional.they kept the work area clean and removed the old water heater.when it was discovered that an additional item was required, the installers rearranged their schedule to get the part and returned to install it the same day to complete the job.living out of town i was billed twice for travel costs but that's living out of town. I needed a part for a Navien combi boiler- one of the main plumbing suppliers couldn't get any for 2 months. Total joke. Action Plumbing and heating had in stock and ready for pick up.

Dryer vent was blocked and you took time to try several ways to clear the pipe completely. Also you made the flow more direct by removing one elbow. I appreciated how I was told the details of the work being done too. I was impressed that you were respectful and cleaned up the mess after job was completed. The entire process was painless. I booked my appointment online. I was sent text messages to let me know the next step and when the technicians would arrive. I was given 2 options on how to fix the problem and the repair was done quickly. The boys were friendly & peofessinal.

Had a rather large hot water leak in the basement, but action plumbing was prompt with their response and the work was done quickly and professionally. Hopefully nothing like this happens again but if it does atleast I'll know the first place to call!
