Knowledgable, professional and hardworking people here starting with Roy. We use Action for all our commercial projects requiring any kind of camera, locating or cleaning of storm and sewer services.

Our main line was clogged on a holiday and they were here within two hours and took care of our problem.

We own multi family in Regina, and last Thursday Matt and his colleague came to help us with a clogged toilet for one of
our unit. They really quick came to our rescue and we couldn’t be happier with their service. We will definitely call them again.

We own an apartment in Regina and have been calling Action Sewer for the last couple of years to help us with clogged drains, plumbing repairs, and leaky faucets. We have worked with the Matt, Austin, Logan, Jessie and of course Roy. We are really pleased with their professionalism and promptness. The guys are getting to know the building very well and I don’t have to worry about them wasting time and my money going to get parts or recommending more work than needed. Had a sewage backup for the first time in my home. Logan came out same night and was professional, timely, funny, and did a great job to figure out the issue. I don’t often leave reviews but was so impressed with the great customer service and experience. It definitely made a stressful experience into a much more positive one.

We've been having issues with the sewer line as water was back flowing into the laundry room drain. There also was a distinct odor. The Action came initially came and dealt with a bit of plugged sewer line, which helped with the laundry room issue. However, the smell was still lingering. Action returned twice, at no additional cost, to try and solve the problem. They found a sewer pipe in a basement bedroom, hidden under the rug, was the issue. They cleaned and treated the pipe and the smell has left the building! Great service from Roy and his team!

I’ve had action sewer and drain out to my rental properties on three different occasions now to clear plugged sewer lines. Always timely and well executed work. Being a building manager for a large skyrise downtown. It is very important that I have fast, reliable, honest and affordable contractors. Action sewer has some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time with contractors. As a result every building operator that works for the management company I work for Uses Action. They say it like it is. There pricing is fantastic. The owner Roy is such a great guy and his staff are amazing. Plus he has most of the same staff from when he started his business. This is always something to look for in a company. If the staff sticks around then that means they are being taken care of by the company.
