Acura Centre of Saskatoon

My wife and I bought a used MDX from Acura. Very positive team members and made our experience 100%. We will return for our next Acura.

Our experience with Acura Centre in Saskatoon was the best experience we ever have had and it all started with getting a recently bought vehicle from a different dealership in for a service at Acura Centre. Chandler was our service man that got our vehicle in for a next day appointment! They discovered a lot of issues and had the mechanic go over them with us, needless to say the car needed to be returned to the dealership where we got it! Thank goodness the service team did there job to prevent us from getting a lemon of a vehicle! Now we needed to car shop and was introduced to the manager who lined us up with a vehicle for us to look at and introduced us to the salesman Alf! He knows Acura cars /suvs inside out and he didn’t put pressure on us but just explained what he could do for us. We left as it was getting to be closing time soon still undecided and a bit overwhelmed. Next day we had to shop again around the city to see what was out there for vehicles and it wasn’t a fun experience at all at other dealerships so we went back to Acura as the whole dealership seems like a family, the minute you walk in your greeted with a smile from the receptionist. You can tell they enjoy their work and actually are trying to help the customer. We talked to manager George and made the deal, did up paper work with Jackie again no pressure with extra insurance etc and It didn’t stop there, Alf went through the vehicle to show us how it all worked and set up our blue tooth and than introduced us to the parts manager for future and we walked out feeling like we did the right thing and will be looked after with servicing in the future. Totally recommend going to Acura if buying a good used vehicle or of course new! Thankyou George, Alf, Chandler and Jackie! Said any head lights or interior problems or rust, no problem $3k. I came in and they offered me $500 for my trade-in. I specifically worked with the Asian guy with glasses, won’t say his name because I don’t want to put it out there. I negotiated back and forth and absolutely wanted the new Integra. After several hours I got $3000 for my trade-in just for them to add an additional $3000 to the sticker of the Integra! If your time is valuable don’t shop here. They will waste it trying to be sneaky and what not.

I needed to replace my windshield wipers inserts on my Acura. The parts team got me what I needed and offered to install it for free. Great service and very appreciated.

This 4s shop is really nice. I had a great experience here. Especially Jackie in sales. He's patient and knows a lot about cars. Thanks a lot to his help, I got the car I wanted.
