Disastrous! Two days before my possession the water pipes froze and broke. My agent was unavailable and another agent called me to tell me that the Royal Lepage recommended home inspector was in my soon to be home with a plumber fixing damaged water lines. The agent assured me that a good plumber was doing this work and that I should accept the house as is. I insisted on an insurance appraisal ; which the home owner could not obtain.
I reluctantly took possession but I have still not received any of the pre-agreed compensation from the seller.
A complete disaster of an experience…Would not recommend.

Our review is a few months late, but we cannot speak highly enough about the experience we had with Aideen purchasing our first home back in October. He’s personable, determined and dedicated to finding you your perfect home. He was willing to drive outside the city at the beginning of our search and then cover many houses within the city. Aideen is very knowledgeable and points out everything you need to know. We both learned so much about structure and what to look for.
