Great staff in each department! I ordered hockey jerseys and needed them done in a short time period. They delivered on time and the jerseys turned out very nice! Highly recommend

My son and I went to this EPIC store (I really had not a clue how massive this place was) and we had such a blast. He’s not quite four, so this was his first manly sport experience, and he (and I) were taken SUCH great care of. He was set up with skates, and was measured by some pretty high tech stuff by Lav, who was very thorough and patient and even took him for a spin with a cool hockey stick around the store. My little was in his glory seeing all of this stuff and getting the attention he did. Thank you so much for making our day Lav! We hope to see you there agai, and will be back very soon because there is SO much more I want to check out there. Totally inspired me to get into sport mom mode: D Clearly management is doing something right there. We will be supporting this awesome place along with its staff for years to come. 5 stars on Google- but 10 outta 10 experience hands down. Thanks again you guys

I had called looking for two missing pieces off of my sons goalie pads and got called back saying they had found what I needed. Josh was excellent to talk with. Being from out of town we needed them mailed. I received a call the next day saying we will ship them on purolator at no extra cost. Received them the next day, I forget the man who called me that day, but thank you sir! Great staff and service. When we get up there again we will be definitely going to check out your store!

Do not go to Al's for figure skates. Staff was extremely rude. I instead went to Atlas Outdoors and had a much better experience there

I like the place, not a huge variety of paddles though but there is something for everyone
Only suggestion would be to add a demo program for paddles so that people can use and feel to see what is suited to their needs
Or at-least have an exchange program so that we have an option to upgrade existing paddles to a better ones

Went in to look at Yeti products, huge selection in store. The staff was very helpful. There was some items on clearance for Yeti stuff and we found this 1 gallon Rambler jug price marked down! Real happy with this purchase.

Really helpful staff - helped my daughter chose the right softball bat and even gave her a few batting pointers

We recently visited Al Andersons to get some equipment for our daughters upcoming softball season. For parents new to a sport, this process can be very overwhelming but a young man named Dylan caught our eye, offered his assistance and made sure we were well cared for. He made a point of talking to our child about what she needed and whether or not something felt like it fit right. This was the best experience we could have asked for. The selection of equipment was extensive and the prices reasonable. We will be back!

Great service. Staff helped me find the perfect hockey stick to replace my previous favourite Easton and my points streak is back I never shop anywhere else for hockey and baseball.

I’m not sure where to begin! Both of my kids have been playing hockey for nearly a decade and this is the first time I’ve ever walked into this facility. We started this morning by needing a skate sharpening and a few miscellaneous supplies. We walked up with a stick, freshly sharpen skates, sock, tape, and stick tape. We needed to come back later this afternoon for some other supplies my daughters in a camp all weekend. Before we go to the store, she even commented how amazing this facility was. When we walked in later this afternoon, there were nearly 20 staff on the floor customers all over and the energy was unlike anything I’ve seen. If you’re looking for it appears to be any type of sports equipment and you’re close to source for sports Saskatoon I would definitely recommend stopping in and checking out this facility. There’s a very good chance he will leave with some thing we sure did and will be back guaranteed.

When I was buying a new wooden bat for U15 ball I was very pleased with the customer service. We talked about the best size and weight, restrictions for this age group etc. All to find the perfect bat (and at a good price too) just for me. Easily the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Been getting my skates sharpened here for as long as I can remember and have never had a bad sharpening. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable too!
