Don’t bother going here. Primary physician Dr. Rukshanda Khan I guess stopped practicing so me and my mom are now without a family doctor and have to go find a new one. No call or notification from the clinic, found out when I had to go to urgent care. Reception is terrible.

There is not any long waiting list in Alliance.
If you have any emergency case, choose this walk in clinic.

Called all morning to book an apt before having to go to work and no one answers the phone.what a joke!

I like my fm.doctor as i’ve seen her for a while now, but sweet jesus what is with these types of managements and hiring the rudest, most unprofessional receptionists. Is this some type of requirement when offered this position?

Can’t make an appointment for my infant daughter because the phone system hangs up on you. What a joke of a clinic.

I don’t know who Dr. Kennedy’s receptionist is but I’ve had multiple phone calls with her and she is hands down the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. If I could give a zero I would. She is very rude, short tempered and ignorant.

Finally I could get an appointment day after waiting more than an hour on line, however, the receptionist called me three times for change the time of my appointment so I switch every time they called me so, the day arrive and they called me 30 minutes before my appointment for canceling it. The front desk lady was really mean she told me that I can get another appointment in a month or two if I want. Really dissapoinment!

My doctor is amazing but the front staff/reception are unorganized and it's ridiculous trying to get through by phone.
I wouldn't go here if my existing GP hadn't moved to this clinic. I even tried to get in at other clinics with another doctor but the doctors were worse.

The front staff was pleasant and helpful. I saw Dr. Pearson. He didn’t say more than 4 words to me and made me fill out my own forms without saying a word to me or asking me anything about my issues. I asked to see a different doctor and the front staff informed me that dr Pearson is mentally challenged and cannot write? ! Web md would have been a better option than this. This was weirdest experience of my life. Do not waste your time here. Go to any other clinic to at-least get a proper assessment from a competent doctor!

Brand new doctor seemed to be offended when asked if I should choose another location and proceeded to call me "disrespectful".

Avoid this place at all cost if you have any mental health issue or past substance abuse issues. The second I mentioned I used in my teens he lost interest.

Lets not forget the larger black receptionist letting the whole room know I was late and seemingly having no concern for making people feel bad.

I truly hope this place gets new management as they clearly only hire the biggest pieces of &$^% available.

The clinic is a very big and clean place. The staff are helpful and I will recommend this clinic any day

In and out in ten minutes. So why one star? The doctor asked two questions. That's it. Diagnosed me with one thing that came with 100$ prescription when I'm broke. Turns out I'm lactose intolerant. Miles from what he figured. I wish I knew which dr it was so I didn't have to trash the clinic.

There computer system is frozen! Waited 30 min on hold! Smart thing would be to have on the phone message that there system is down sorry we are unable to book appointments at this time! Rather they answer that our computer system is frozen can you call back tomorrow! Would have been more customer focused can I take your name and call you back once the computer system is up again! What ever happened to good customer service!

Have literally never had a good experience at this place sadly. I just waited on hold for 2 hours to have them hang up on me. Constantly rescheduling my appointments without MY knowledge….

The receptionists are rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. They interrupted me multiple times on the phone to the point that I said “I’m not finished speaking”. They sent me to my family physician 3 times for a referral that was documented successfully sent every time. The last time I phoned I identified myself along with an appointment I had booked which they confirmed. I asked them if they had the referral and they said no. The receptionist (without saying anything) passed the phone to someone else who didn’t introduce themselves and said “you need to get your family doctor to fax the referral again before we book an appointment”. I replied “the first thing I did on this call was confirm my appointment so clearly this isn’t the same person I’ve been talking to from the beginning because you have no idea what I said in the previous conversation”. She paused for a moment (clearly being caught) before she admitted she was a different person on the phone. It turns out they received every fax but had my name wrong which I confirmed with them every time I called, therefore every person ignored what I said every time. If I hadn’t pushed back against being interrupted and talked down to they would’ve sent me to my doctor FOUR times for the same referral! Absolutely unacceptable. Stand up for yourselves - I hear this treatment from reception is the norm in this clinic

Really creepy walk in daughter. He is very old and over weight. Went to take my daughter to get her ear checked for an infection. He was shaking uncontrollably and breathing really heavily, making me very uncomfortable. Then he told me she did not have an ear infection but she was still complaining so I took her to another walk in and so and behold she did have one. Worst walk in ever. Creep doctor You wouldn’t want touching your children.

Very hard to set up appointments. My Doctor moved here so I came too but I can't stand their appointment system.

Great staff and doctors. I've had good experiences with Alliance since moving there last year.

Very easy going receptionist clinic can be busy at times. Knowledgeable doctors gets straight to the point. Dr. Majid doesn't rush things but gets things done right away.

They never answer their phone. They also turned me away and told me to go to a different clinic. When I informed them it was a 25 minute walk away they told me to take the bus from the bus stop outside the building which goes the opposite way of the clinic. If I didn't know better and got on the bus they told me to I would have never gotten to a doctors. Irresponsible and rude staff, especially at the front desk.

My doctor recently moved to this clinic within the last year. Have had three sessions at this clinic to date. No problems with staff or service so far.

Tried to get an appointment with my neurologist and the receptionist said that the dr is too busy to see me because she's a neurologist and to find a different doctor.

My doctor is fantastic, very proactive and always takes his time to listen to my questions and concerns. My 2 stars is for the receptionists only.

Exceptional in the beginning. Referrals and reqs not made as time went on. I know covid certainly affects all of this, but 9 months? ! Took 1 day with new doctor.
Messages not returned often.

Went to get a female doctor staff and at front and the manager were so helpful. I got to see the walk in doctor who helped me get referred to a specialist and seen immediately. I will definitely be waiting for a doctor at this clinic best clinic in town and very quick walk in times

More cancelled than seen the receptionist even said she hadn't seen him in three weeks or months idr but it could b 3 months.was in crisis rec called him nothing.

As others have said: they never answer the phones. As someone who works 6-7 days a week I need to be able to call and book an appointment, but since they do not answer their phones it's impossible to do. I was #1 in queue for 20 mins and no answer but my break at work was already 5 mins over so I couldn't keep waiting

My family doctor moved to this clinic and I have no complaints about him. However, I have called numerous times over the past week and cannot get through to make an appointment or leave a message since the mailbox is full. I live and work on the opposite side of the city so it's not ideal to leave work in order to make an appointment in person. Very frustrating when I have prescriptions that only my doctor can fill.

Pathetic! Reception cant even do her joba phoned 4x for my refills to my docter never got the fax yet go my pharmacy!

This is the worst run clinic I have ever experienced. The reception doesn't even answer the phone. If you leave a message they won't even call you back. Stay away they have no regard for you or your health.

I've called over 30 times within business hours and I can't get through. Does anyone even work here?

I called about 5x today and got a busy signal. I left a message finally. I'll see what happens. My doctor, who is great, moved here and have yet to see what this new place is like, but based on all the bad reviews, I am not looking forward to it.

Update: The receptionist finally called me back two days later, but my doctor was booked.

Update (Sept 20) : I have called again 4x, finally tried to leave a message and their inbox is FULL! What the heck? !

Its almost impossible to talk to reception they never answer the phone. Anytime I want to book an appointment it takes atleast 12 tries phoning them before someone finally picks up. Whenever they say your doctor will call you to confirm a date that works for him you never get the call.this place is brutal

Regardless of how desparate you are to find a family doctor, please do not go here. Very poorly run and demonstrate clear lack of compassion toward patients. I've never had an experience quite this frustrating with any other medical clinic.

Booked an initial call with Dr. Morales 3 months ago. Turns out she doesnt work there anymore. No call or notification, which meant I waited on hold for 15 minutes for them to tell me that I need to go back to looking for a new doctor after waiting 3 months for this appointment. I dont expect good service from the medical profession but this is horrible.

The worst clinic ever. The doctors don't communicate well and then the receptionists talk very rudely if you ask them any questions. One time I went to the doctor for stomach pain and he told me to get blood tests done. And then rushed out. Believe this the lab test request form that he gave me, the doctor and his staff they forgot to tick which all tests I was supposed to get done. That's how careless they are.

WORST CLINIC. Neither the doctors nor the staff is concerned about patients. They never answer the calls and even when you go visit the doctor with an appointment, you are made to wait and the doctor doesn't answer any of your questions properly. Very unprofessional. To add to that, the staff is very rude.once I make an appointment for refill after one week he call & said I refill medication and he hang up phone I thought it May be by mistaken I call again Staff forward to Dr but he did.t pick/He did not ask me which medication do I need the doctor never contacted me to inform me of my lab results when the results are not the good kind. That’s the basic responsibility of a family physician and he failed at it. He does not track your health record.

Worst experience. I always had to wait more than 1 hr to see my doctor. Once in while it’s totally fine to wait. I do not how they book their appointments. If people do not show up they charge them, how about when people have to wait long time to see even they pre book their appointment. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
There is numerous issues. They suppose to refer my daughter to specialist as her blood work indicates something going on. I was waiting for four weeks to get call from specialist. When I did not get call I called their office to find out where they referred. You know what receptionist told me they never send referral, it was on her chart but they forgot to send it. That is not acceptable. She was not even apologized for that. Whenever I go to my appointment, assistant suppose to check my daughter’s weight and length while waiting to see doctor. But they never do that. At least they should take infants health seriously. My baby is very fussy, always crying, I wanted to see specialist ASAP who knows what kind of pain she is having but they never sent referral. It is very frustrating.

No privacy, no proper doors, can hear every word of every conversation between doctors and patients. Incompetent staff that haven't answered four faxes and three phone calls from pharmacy for prescription request when Dr. Laura sent the pharmacy the wrong prescription (literally NEVER heard of that happening before). Been waiting two weeks and still don't have my medication. Dr. Laura seemed nice enough - nicer than most doctors - but she also told me to take vitamins for chronic pain, so I should have sensed that red flag from the start. Trash doctor. Trash staff. Trash office.

The only good thing about the place was the woman calling our names and taking us back to the exam rooms. It's a complete gong show. Papers for labs etc.not given to us more than once. You sit for at least an hour and once you are in the room sit for ages there. I had an appointment for 11 am and had been waiting for over twenty minutes when a person came rushing in up to the desk and stated she was sorry that she was late, her appointment was at 11 am with the same doctor I was waiting to see so there was a booking with the same doctor both at the same time. She got in to see the doctor in 5 minutes and I sat for another 30 minutes. When the doctor finally comes in they have no time for anything and seem ticked that I even ask questions. NOT IMORESSED AT ALL!
