Alliance Health Medical Walk-in Clinic

What an amazing experience. We are from Saskatoon visiting Moose Jaw for 3 days. Both kids got sick on different days. We weren’t on hold to talk to a receptionist, got in right away, and had such a positive experience overall. I wish we had this clinic in Saskatoon! Moose Jaw is very lucky. The walk in experience in Saskatoon is not like this.

If you want to be ignored, choose alliance. I’m now with 3% kidney function and end stage renal disease!

Rude receptionists and you can never get a good time for an appointment; what's the point of being considered a walk-in clinic if they force you to make an appointment? On top of that half the time the doctors tell you to just call in for prescription refills, but the receptionists rarely ever let you.

I've been trying to get an appointment here for awhile, but no matter when I call there's never any doctors at the clinic and they won't allow me the clinic doctor since I don't have a family doctor. I've been in pain for months, all I want is an ultra sound why is it so hard to get it. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Just go to the ER cuz the hospital is just as bad if you need to see a doctor can't see one without it being a family doctor.

Website says open until 7, refused to see my child at 4: 15 pm stating they were closing soon. Not a walk in clinic at all.

Awesome service. Friendly staff they have been very helpful with the paperwork required.

I visited this clinic just few times and I'm happy with my experience there so far. Even though I didn't book an appointment ahead of time, I waited for doctors for just 10-15 minutes.

By far the worst reception I have ever dealt with. I have had good experiences with the doctors. I will never call there again.

I have been unable to get in contact with my own doctor the past three times that I've called. I had a heart attack last year and simply need a refill on my prescriptions. The office no longer takes faxed requests from the pharmacist so I have to talk to a doctor in order for them to call in a refill. This morning I called again and my doctor is out, so I asked if another doctor could call this in as I've been out of three different meds since yesterday and I was told I would need to call back tomorrow morning as other doctors were working at the hospital today. The receptionist was nice and apologized for this, but come on already. How is there no way to make a note that I have called and need a refill? I shouldn't need to call back several days just to get a prescription.

Google says theyre open till 7 i worked today went after work and theyre closed i really need to see someone and now im screwed i guess im.suffering really bad
