Impossible to reach. My doctor recently moved here. Before she moved here you could reach someone as soon as you called. I’ve been trying to reach for 2 days. The automated message either tells you to call back or to wait for an answer. No one answers

I have about had it with this clinic. Their walk in services are almost never available, I feel like the doctors don't care at all about their patients. It's like they don't want to hear what you have to say. They just want you in and out, and don't always give the proper treatment you need, or what your asking for if you know yourself what you need. You can't get threw to them. I had a drug store fax my doctor a week ago for a refill on a prescription that my body desperately needs and they still haven't heard back. I've tried calling the doctors office multiple times this morning and they're phone service goes straight to an automated voice message saying they are busy dealing with other patients at the moment and to call back later, so you can't even be put on hold anymore to wait for the next available person to pick up your call to see where things are at. I understand they are all busy and have alot to do in a day and health care usually is short staffed, but the fact that you can't even get threw to them is absolutely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

Very bad service, the people at the front desk are not qualified to do the job. Have to wait for hours even after booking an appointment. This clinic needs a total revamp of staff and doctors.

My doctor there was suspended for lack of knowledge& skill& i have no idea when or if he'll be back& i can't get my painkiller renewed as he's the only one who can renew it! So i'm suffering in pain. Long wait times too. Am fed up with this clinic. Give you no info about anything either.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Ooi and enjoy my appts with her and always learn from our interactions. So very glad to hear that Ultrasounds can be done at this clinic.

Can you please close your clinic. I think all staff don't want to work here. They are so lazy. Service are so bad. I don't recomend this clinic. Clinic without doctor how come?

Incredibly disorganized clinic that makes zero effort to communicate the poor wait times. Whether you are a walk in or an appointment you will be waiting for absurdly long time frames. Make sure you leave your remainder of your day open because having a specific time booked for appointments means nothing.

WORST CLINIC EVER! My daughter is sick and i booked the appointment friday came to our appointment Tuesday 15mins early! Waited 1hour and said that the DR will not see my daughter because she’s not his regular patients and the Dr.went out for a while! I dont know why the receptionist booked me in with the dr when he wont even see her! Wasted the days of waiting and thinking she will be seen. Receptionist are rude and not even sorry and sounds like im the one to blame! They even said i booked it into a walk in dr, i didnt even know that part! Will not comeback to this clinic! Worst DR.and receptionists!?

The doctor set me up with an appointment, and never showed. 5 hour wait times for stitches. Entire establishment acts like your time is worthless. Anywhere else would be better

Excellent communication about waiting times from staff. The girl who helped me is very efficient and seems to manage the clinic very well!
