AM Delivery And Courier Services

I have never used this company before
but one of their drivers should be fired
immediately for erratic and dangerous
distracted driving. He came extremely
close to causing two serious accidents
on Ring Road in Regina. In both
situations the AM company driver attempted to merge into the left lane while a car was driving right alongside him. He did this to one car during the process of merging onto ring road and then a couple minutes later repeated the dangerous act as I was attempting to pass. This driver pulled right over
into me forcing me to slam on my breaks
and swerve toward the ditch. Had I not
reacted so quickly contact would have
definitely been made and it is highly
likely the right side and front of my car
would have received significant damage.
My attempts to alert him went unnoticed and when I had the opportunity to get a look at this driver it became immediately clear to me he was not paying adequate attention to the road and was looking down distracted by something in his lap. This had potential to have ended very badly, please don’t let it happen again.

I didn't know about these guys until 6 months ago when I was referred, but I have been really happy with them so far and will be taking all of my business over. A lot of courier companies just don't have their act together - we've experienced (from other courier companies) lost deliveries, late deliveries, and even a hit and run on one of our vehicles from a delivery driver. AM, on the other hand, are excellent. Good staff, good management, reasonable rates, and packages have always been in time. They make you feel like they appreciate your business. Would recommend.

Great service. Very knowledgeable. Lovely dogs & cats that make it very enjoyable to visit.

Needed some doors and vanities picked up from 2.5 hours away during a snowstorm, and relunctantly figured it'd be cheaper to go get it myself. However, AM delivery picked it up the same day, and did it for less than 1/2 what I figured it'd cost me to do it! Very impressed overall!

Arguing with a customer over the phone is not appropriate; Interrupting the customer repeatedly while the customer is speaking also does not show proper etiquette in the work place.

Parking for semi trucks on the street very helpful going home kind of business they take care of major career companies like UPS Federal Express that I know of

My experience with AM Delivery was 100%. Will use AM Delivery over Staples Courier service everytime. Staff and service exceptional!
