Great shop and the man who was there was extremely helpful. He let us shop until we asked for help (which was appreciated) then had some wonderful suggestions and we ended up buying both of them. Really enjoying the first game and am planning on getting an expansion pack for it already. Will definitely be repeat customers.

The staff here is so knowledgeable and helpful and the products/stock is unbeatable. Such wonderful selection for all ages and the prices are completely reasonable.

I love this place. I love it as a place to buy anything nerdy. TCGs, comics, board games, figurines, you name it, they probably got it, and if they don't, they will order it for you!

Only "complaint" is the staff sometimes comes off as though the customer is bothering them. I was buying Pokemon cards and wanted to look at and compare the different options, and the lady was great, but all the while it felt as though she really didn't want to be helping me, but we had a good couple of laughs and conversations, so maybe just a bad day (nerds can also be very annoying sometimes too, so I get it)!

I love this place. A large selection of so many fandoms, with a lot of different options of games, comics, books, and tons of memorabilia. The staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Love this store! By far has the most selection I have seen in a long time. It's also a great store for gifts! There is always something for everyone here.

I always love coming around to Amazing Stories to fulfill my (intensely nerdy) shopping needs. New board game? They have it. D&D paraphernalia to add to my hoard? You betcha. Endless trinkets and toys to decorate my lair? Always! An excellent place to feed your inner nerd.

Always fun to look around, has some unique items and is hands down the best place to buy board games and comic books in the city.

Huge selection of stuff I had little interest in buying. Tons of second rate Funko Pop characters, lots of overly priced show pieces, a few comics to go through and the smallest Dragon Ball collection I'd ever seen. It felt like the shop was full of the stuff no one had wanted to buy. Sorry, but as someone who's been in many comic shops it just seemed to lack good material.

I bought my first pack of Magic the Garhering from Jeff when Amazing Stories was just a small store in Place Riel at the U of S back in 1995. I casually followed the store to multiple new locations throughout the years. Then a handful of years back, I got into Magic again, and now D&D. There's a reason I kept going back, and it's the same reason the store has grown so much and won awards, it's Jeff and his staff. I've gotten to know Jeff and Tony better the past few years, and they have always been "amazing". And the staff I haven't gotten to know, all have that same friendly attitude and knowledge to help out. Every time I'm there, I overhear all kinds of conversations between the staff and customers. Amazing Stories has become my families "go to" place for birthdays and Christmas shopping. Comics, games, toys, hobbies, a massive selection for everything. I wish I could spend more time there.

I was visiting Saskatoon and decided to check this place out. The guy who helped me was kind and willing to help. Instead of wasting tons of time looking for the game on the shelf, he grabbed one from the back. Saving both of us time. Even at the checkout, it was a quick easy transaction. Great place and excellent prices!

I have been purchasing my "nerdy" hobby supplies from Amazing Stories as long as I can remember. The staff are always super helpful and knowledgeable and are sure to fulfill any requests and answer as many questions as you may have! Their selection of, well, everything is always large and makes it easier to find what you need without being forced to order what you need online. From the atmosphere to the staff, I've only ever been extremely satisfied leaving Amazing Stories.

This is my edited review. Apart from an initial mistake 10 months ago, every interaction with the store has been awesome. Great range of product and really fair card grading. This is my favourite game store in saskatoon.
