I had some issues come up which showed codes for transmission related issues and called Anderson’s Transmission to ask about them was give a couple of possibilities as the what it could be and also the wide range of cost dependant of what was found so I booked it in and they fixed it up and it was what they thought it could be and not a worst case scenario so I’m very happy with there work and would highly recommend

I was referred to Anderson Transmission to troubleshoot a problem with my vehicle that a previous place couldn’t find. They diagnosed the problem quickly and quoted me a repair for it in a very timely manner. They were very professional and the quote was exactly the end charge with no extras. I would very highly recommend this shop to anyone needing vehicle repair.

Fantastic service. Explained everything thoroughly and the reasons the repairs needed to be made. Anderson's was able to find parts that were difficult to track down for my 1993 Dodge truck thereby providing continuity throughout the repair. Everything performed as promised and will take my truck there again when needed.

Always top quality repairs and above all honest about what does and more importantly sometimes what doesn't need to be repaired.

We had our granddaughters Chevy cobalt and our 2016 Durango serviced. I can’t speak for our granddaughters car but I feel there is a noticeable difference in the shifting on our Durango. There is a big difference in downshifting when pulling out to pass. This was the recommended 70000 km service and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff at Anderson’s was very good and the service was done very quickly. I would definitely recommend them for service work.

Took my 1996 dodge camper van in for a transmission inspection. They did a thorough inspection of other systems and improved steering and braking issues. Very professional and through.

We have a 2009 Hyundai Sonata which we have owned for the past 6 years. After having the vehicle for about a year we started having transmission issues. When we would start braking the car would down shift harshly, not all the time but mainly when the car was cold. We took the car to the dealership and were told that they could not find anything wrong but recommended a transmission flush. We listened to them and did the transmission flush which did not help the situation. They then suggested an additive to add to the transmission fluid which we did as per the recommendation. This helped a little but the issue came back but was not as often nor as severe as before.
This past 2 years the problem progressively got worse again. We took the vehicle to an independent shop and was told that we would need to take to the dealership as they could not determine what the issue. Another significant investment to have them determine that they could do nothing for us.
We thought we would try Anderson's at this point since they had transmission in their name. After talking with Corey over the phone he had some ideas of what the issue could be, WOW! Someone that could actually provide some insight into the issue, now I realize he was arm chair diagnosing and it could be a whole lot of fluff on his end. After dropping the car off and they checked it out and determined that there were some minor adjustments to the transmission but also that there was a software upgrade that might be required as well. They backed up their claims with documentation and a report from Hyundai.
They said if the adjustments don't work that then we would need to get the software upgrade. Had the car back the same day and invested less in money than what the other shops had charged us.
We have driven the car for only a couple of days now but we have not experienced the issue since. Time will tell but I can say the professionalism has been exceptional from Corey and the folks at Anderson and I would recommend them for all car repairs. They also identified a few additional issues with the car and provided pricing to take care of them as well which we did.
One thing you will notice is that the charge out rate is higher than other shops. Don't let this fool you! Other shops charge less but you end up spending more in the long run. I would say based on my experience to date with Anderson's that you get great Value here. If I had taken our car here 5 years ago we would have saved close to a thousand dollars! So you can either go for the cheap shop or go to a reputable shop and have it fixed right the first time. Your choice.
Update as of May 30,2023 - We just returned from a holiday and the car worked perfectly for the entire trip. We did lots of City and highway driving and the transmission didn't miss a beat. We put a total of 2,200 km on the car over the holiday.

I was recommended to this shop by *another* shop (that didn't offer the service I was needing), and I can understand why: Both shops have a "small", yet "familial" feel to them in the sense that you feel they will be straight-forward with you and honest, while also taking care of you.

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and personable. They answered all my questions, and even offered some answers to things I hadn't even asked about yet.

I won't hesitate to return in the future.

Completed the work on time. Deficiencies detected were corrected at a reasonable price. They lived up to their very good reputation.

I brought my vehicle in for an out of province vehicle inspection, was very impressed by the promptness of service, I had my vehicle done and my windshield replaced as well as some minor fixes that were mandatory for passing the inspection completed well before the end of day, they also provided complementary shuttle service to and from work. Highly recommend, and would bring my vehicle back here.

Anderson's was an exceptional experience! Corey and Chris were a pleasure to work with. They got my vehicle back to me and in outstanding condition in a time frame I didn't think was possible. I will continue to use Anderson's for all my vehicle needs and recommend their service to others.

My son’s truck broke down in North Battleford. We had it towed to Anderson’s and the truck driver even said that is a great place to take your vehicle. Corey and Chris were great. They fixed only what was needed and the service was quick. Reasonably priced. Good family business!
