After big disappointment with Cookies on Confederation Drive I went to Andrew Agencies and manager took my business seriously with nice smile and few minutes later I left her office happy with smile as well. This lady is an amazing woman.

Have you ever been skeptical about visiting a corporate environment simply because you have to go with your toddlers (Summer break is here) ? I was worried about how customers and the members of staff would feel about my super-active toddlers in their ofice. The moment we stepped in here, my fears vanished. One super helpful staff started working on my documents while another awesome staff kept my toddlers busy, happy and entertained all through. It was a fast, fruitful and happy visit. Permit me to use this medium to say thank you for being superheroes.

ZERO STAR! I wish there was a zero star option. Don't ever try to buy home insurance from here. If you are buying a home and you need insurance look somewhere else.
We dealt with LEANNE MORRISON (a broker at this agency) who is not professional. She guaranteed that we had 2 options for insurance and she was supposed to send out the confirmation a week before our closing date for home purchase. She did not and she was postponing day after day until I received a call from the lawyer that the insurance confirmation is not sent yet. I called her then she said that she will be calling the insurance company to send the confirmation and that never happened.
24 hours before our closing date she said that both companies will not be covering the house anymore. Tried to get an explanation but of course she was that unprofessional to be transparent and to make us go with one option in the last 24 hours (which appears she was on purpose doing that after sending emails everyday that she will be sending the confirmation soon).
Guess what, at the end she didn't even bother to send the insurance out to the lawyer as she promised. She just sent it to us to prove how unprofessional she is. Also I asked her after she left us with only one option that is there an option to cancel it later on, she said yes with a maximum of 50 dollars fee. I asked her to write down in the email (to avoid any problems when cancelling it later) which of course she never did and said it's there in the insurance policy and it's not.
What a bad experience we have to deal with at the end of our home purchase process.
Bottom line choose another agency and of course not this broker.

Visited on a Monday afternoon to get my driver's license. Place was quiet. Employee was very friendly and helpful. Took a second photo as i didn't like the first. Accessible location on 8th street

The middle-aged lady was so rude and unprofessional, probably on some type of medication as she is always in a bad mood, anyway this time she refused to process my documents, and she said I look like a suspect of domestic violence.and it seems that nobody knows their job there, even the supervisor does not know anything, I still wonder how these guys got the job, they will always throw some barriers in the way like they don't care.

They seem to have high turnover, however every agent I’ve worked with has been wonderful. Very busy location but they manage to maintain a very high level of service.

Setting insurance up isn’t always the most fun, but Karen and Leanne we’re so nice, funny, and helpful!
