Arby's

Last weekend I ordered a sandwich, drink and mozzarella sticks for delivery. I received my bag of food and when I opened it there was no sandwich only mozzarella sticks. I called the restaurant to advise them that I only received my drink and mozzarella sticks. The employee on the phone replied that they “always check the bag and my sandwich was indeed in the bag”. I believe this was horrible customer service. I do understand that I could contact the delivery service to have this credited however I am completely unimpressed with the lack of responsibility of the employee and how she basically told me the restaurant never makes mistakes.

I don't care what anyone says, Arby's is delicious. Curly fries are the best, and I always get a French Dip, which is so tasty.

This location has always given me good service as well. Can't go wrong for a nice quick meal.

Weird bubbly disgusting milkshake, cold stale slider buns, old cold curly fries, and the burgers were old and slopped together. Arby's was never top notch but I ordered on a Sunday around 7 and it was one of the hands down worst meals I've ever paid for

Took for ever to order. Had to repeat the order 4x. Woman at the window was rude and didn't want to take the cash. Basically threw the bag at me
No napkins
Definitely won't be back.

Stuffed.had that caramel shake and loaded curly fries and a reg roast beast.super great servers.its always so good and the staff are friendly

Great people working here. The ladies working the front truly care about their guests. There was a new person working the register and they encouraged him in a fun way which was nice to see. Our food was good, can never go wrong with bacon, beef n ched. Thanks for lunch! We will be back!

Cold dry fries and the drive threw speaker isn't very good

I’m a regular customer at the 22nd street restaurant and was sorely disappointed by a new policy at this location.
I ordered two Beef and Cheddars, Curly fries and a shake for a total of $21.15
When I asked at the window for my usual compliment of Arby’s sauce, the cashier advised me that she was only allowed to provide two packets!
Having ordered two sandwiches and a fries, I told her that wasn’t sufficient and she stuck to the new policy. I kindly asked for a refund, which I received in cash.

This decision to sacrifice a customer and lose a $21.15 sale tonight (not to mention the many $21.50 future sales) is dumbfounding to me.
My co-workers jokingly call me the “Arby’s guy” due to the amount of times I eat at this restaurant.

I went straight to Taco Time and ordered food there, received sufficient hot sauce and enjoyed the meal very much.
I guess I’ll be called the “Taco Time guy” from now on.

The mozzarella sticks & marinara were great! The kids wanted to go back for more.the curly fries were also a hit. Unfortunately the Buffalo chicken slider had so much sauce it now seems to be my new color scheme in my SUV. The gentleman at the window was very polite & nice to deal with.

The chicken fingers were cold & just looked old. For the price being $17 for a chicken strip meal I would think the food would be hot. NOT impressed whatsoever

Good service, very pleasant. They certainly were dealing with a back-log of orders and really tried their best. The food was less than I was expecting. I suspect it was due to being short staffed.

Friendly staff; good service - better at this location (22nd St Saskatoon) than the Prince Albert location. Prices getting a bit expensive, but I guess the same could be said for all restaurants.

A little upset as I ordered a few things within my order, and my friend had gotten her plain curly fries and I had gotten my loaded fries, and mine weren’t even half the size of hers! They were extremely small. And they completely missed our 2nd order of loaded curly fries! I tried to call the store with no answer.

Very fast and delicious. Would like to get coupons in mail. My daughter gets them all the time. We live in Montgomery and never get them. I would eat here more often if I had coupons.

1 visit the almost under charged me but I was honest and had her correct the machine from $2 to $22. Next visit I ordered a turkey slider. They rang in a chicken slider which is basically a nugget on a bun. Thankfully my 4 year old wasn't super picky that day. Foods ok. Coupons make it almost a realistic price.

I am super impressed by the staff here. It was crazy busy tonight in the drive thru and there was only one girl working in the front. She was taking orders over the headset, assembling the orders, and taking payment at the window like a pro. She got everything right on my order, and she was so polite and kind. I always have good experiences at this Arby's. I should probably mention that the food is always amazing! The chicken nuggets are my new favorite

There really isn't any other restaurant like it in Winnipeg so I was more than happy to eat here on a trip out to see some relatives. I know I'd eat at Arby's all the time if there was a place in Manitoba.

Went to this location tonight and got a chicken sandwich and asked for ranch on the sandwich and instead they put a gross red sauce on it. I also ordered an extra curly fries and they forgot to put it in the bag. I spent a lot of money on food I didn't get to eat. Honestly, that wouldn't even bother me as much except for the fact that I called them to let them know and get the order remade for me to pick up, and the person on the phone was very hard to understand and eventually just hung up on me. I'm just not impressed with the service and I won't be going back to this location.

Best service on the drive through, fast on making the food and also have never had a mess up on our meal.

Arby’s to me is definitely comfort food. While other fast food places you can go one day and get that perfect Whopper and try again another day and it’s awful. Arby’s seems to keep their food standards constant. Very good and always seems to be moving pretty quick! Yum!

Had an excellent supper from Arby's! And probably the best customer service I've had at a fast food place! The debit machine was acting up in the drive through so I had to go in. But that didn't matter to me at all! I was more impressed by the customer service! Keep it up! Food was fresh and made nicely.

Four stars, because I am a fan of this restaurant, but not Arby's as a whole. This store does turn out quality product and is worth a visit. Unfortunately, Arby's as a company seems to keep missing the mark on pricing and, with the exception of the gyro, have stayed stagnant for the last few years. There isn't a competitive value menu, but the 2 - 5 specials at this store make up for that.

Ordered food from this location tonight. Messed up and put red ranch on the sandwich when asked for it not to be. Never got our loaded curly fries. When you pay over 25.00 you expect to get the correct food.

The website clearly advertised a 2 for $6 sandwich deal at this location, which is the only reason we stopped. The restaurant didn't have the deal posted and refused to honor it. I won't be back.

Super great Turkey & Swiss sandwich? Fresh taste, plenty of meat and vegetables. Mustard & other sauce was a perfect combination. I love the choice of bread! The curly fries were spot on! Crunchy & seasoned just right! The soft drink didn't disappoint

Suggestion: A shade panel should be placed between the street and where you wait for your order. As a passenger I was roasting in the sun

It was good food, had the fish sandwich which was great except there was so much sauce on it you couldn't hold it without a mess.

After spending 26+ dollars one would assume condiments are a given!
Although customer service was great, doesn't make up for the fact that I wasn't able to consume my full meal to my liking!

Slow service, which was not the main comcern. Im a support worker and was helping my client get supper. I needed a receipt for our records. After another couple minutes of waiting was asked if I really needed one. I said yes, I do. I was told the till was malfunctioning and they couldn't print one without a reboot. If your equipment is faulty, don't open.

This little Arby's is the only one that you get served a friendly smile, even through the drive through. They have never gotten an order wrong, been going to them for years.

Food is great, obviously. But this is one filthy carpet.

Always enjoyable, reasonable prices. I love the basic roast beef sandwich plain or with horse radish sauce.

Went through drive thru. The woman at the speaker didn’t speak clear at all English, I repeated myself at least 3 times with each thing I ordered. I also inconvenienced her by coming there as she was in such a rush to cut me off and finish my order before I was done. Terrible. Arby’s lady.your customer service skills suck. (9: 45pm)

Wow, what an aweful experience! Woman took our order in the drive thru, didn't ask what kind of drinks we wanted, then said she couldn't hear us. Got to the window and got silent attitude. Asked for horsey sauces, she gave the 2 of us on 1 ketsup, 1 hit sauce, 1 horsey sauce. She acted like we were disturbing her day! Never going back to this location ever again.

Usually very pleased with the service and quality of my food but today was below average. Fries were cold and not even full. My drink I was flat and warm and my RBC was sloppy af.

My daughter calls this resteraunt "ham and Swiss" because that's all she eats there. Very consistent.

Food was basically as expected and perfectly acceptable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Old, possibly homeless person who walked in, yelled at us to buy him food, and eventually left while swearing loudly may have added local flavour but was generally not conducive to a good dining experience.

Was not like it used to be. The baked potato was not cooked enough. Will be a long time before I go to that particular one.

Yo it was a nightmare the drive through was echoing and I didn't understand anything he was saying it was so weird first I guy was talking then a lady then a guy it went back and forth it was frustrating I had to keep repeating myself and I even said it really slow and kept correcting them and wow so finally I drove up to the window and told them exactly what I wanted I asked to make sure the curly fries were hot and fresh and I repeated myself to make sure he heard me because cold and hard curly fries are grouse but after pulling away I tried a curly frie and it was hard and cold disgusting it was 12 noon and I was driving down 22nd so I just kept going I used to like going to that arby's but after today I'm going to think twice two thumbs way down poor service and waste of time and money this location sure went down hill
