Sue and the Harmonic Egg at Armonia Holistic Wellness have become an integral part of our families healing journey. Sue is the bridge to help her clients experience, explore and benefit the wonders that the Harmonic Egg has to offer. She is incredibly knowledgeable in so many ways into one’s path to harmony. Her warm, kind, selflessness and sincerity draw you in to help unlock experiences that are undeniable. As a society that lives in fight or flight, I think everyone owes themself a session.

Had a great experience with Sue and in the Egg. It was a great talk and was able to truly relax when inside the egg. I was somewhat skeptical going into the experience but now will definitely be going back.

Had my first ‘eggsperience’ at Armonia. Sue creates an environment that is welcoming, judgement free, and peaceful. Nothing but positive vibes! The harmonic egg itself was a complete retreat, a reset, and restorative. I was completely lost in the soothing sounds surrounding me. The harmonic egg is a gift to the mind, body, and soul. Wow, i had my first session yesterday and i have to say it was incredible! From start to finish i felt safe and comfortable to fully embrace whatever came up! While in the egg, i had the most beautiful experience where i could feel my heart and brain in complete coherence (this came out through vocal toning). I’ve never experienced anything quite like it and i cant wait for my next session.

I had a wonderful first experience with Sue and the harmonic egg. It was extremely enlightening and restored much peace and harmony to my being. I cannot wait to book in again to continue to add light and balance on my journey! Highly recommend for anyone on any stage of their journey!

Had my first eggsperience today and it was awesome. Loved the vibe of the studio. Cute little trixie puppy guarding the facility. The vibe in the egg room was super chill and lowdown! Sue and I got right to work and had a nice, deep meditation. Then she explained the egg a bit and made extra sure I felt good about everything. Then she closed the door and away I went. Deep deep into the sound of melodic piano, waterfalls, birds. Immersed in the sonic bath I had a wonderfully relaxed experience and when I came out I felt great and different for sure. Will definitely return for another journey. Wonderful folks and a real value to the Saskatoon community.

Su has a way of making you feel so welcome and provides such a calming atmosphere. Her perspective and insight resonates in a way that feels like an inherent truth. I would recommend booking in a session at Armonia Holistic Wellness. It’s a very relaxing experience to be cocooned in such a space. I have benefitted from the experience by releasing anxiety and re-aligning with my core purpose. Definitely recommend.

Armonia is an incredible place with amazing owners! The Egg healing session is out of this world. I felt so calm and relaxed during my session that I was able fully surrender into a bliss state. All I can say is wow…, what an absolute awesome experience. I know we all experience things differently. For me, my first eggperience was life changing. It’s been 24h since my session and I feel so at peace, energetic and full of life and love.

I happened on this place by accident. Popped in and got to talking with the owners for a few minutes and they just happened to have an opening for me to try. Such awesome people, care about your experience and well being. Honestly guys… if you’re into this stuff truly worth a try. I will be back in the egg for sure and can’t wait to try other things they have to offer.

The harmonic egg session was absolutely amazing. I had no idea what to expect going into this treatment. I was gifted a session from a friend of mine, let’s just say I can’t speak enough about Armonia yxe and sue. I felt a renewed sense of self and peace during and after. I went in having extreme hip pain which sometimes for me last days and weeks after the session the pain was gone and has not bothered me since. Everyone’s experience and journey is going to be different for me I can’t recommend this enough. I cannot wait to go back and have another session with sue.
