I was stranded and needed a boost. I called onstar services to request a boost great service said that Astro towing would be on scene to give me a boost in 30 minutes. It’s -45 outside we froze there in my car for over an hour until I called Astro directly and asked when they would arrive. The dispatcher was very rude and said they never even heard of us and we would have to wait 8 to 12 hours for a boost. This in spite of the numerous text messages that I received stating that they were on the way. Someone needs to answer for this we could have froze to death waiting for them to arrive. Avoid Astro Towing at all cost, they are liars and even admitted it on the phone.

Used/reccomended them 3 times. And 3 times it has ended in large damage claims that are and were a huge Hassel!

Outstanding service yesterday. My son locked himself out of his car and needed to get to school. With the super cold Temps I know they are swamped yet within 2 hrs they came and opened up the car. Very impressive.

Required assistance from CAA when I discovered my car battery was completely dead and we were expecting a nasty snowstorm later that afternoon. CAA sent Astro Towing who came to my home roughly 2 hours later and replaced the battery in no time at all and at a very reasonable price! Service was quick and friendly and so appreciated!

Was a bit of a wait to get towed but the driver called and gave me a timeframe for when he would get to me. Which was very reassuring. And he arrived before his time frame. And was very polite.
I usually call Astro before calling any other tow company

My old truck stalled out and died on 8th at 1am. I had no idea what was wrong with it. Caleb stopped and helped me not only push it safely off the main drag, he helped me move it, and tried to work with me to diagnose it. He also helped me figure out it was loose starter on my SBC 350 and that I should have a hammer in my truck at all times. And I didn't even call. He just helped a feller out. Thanks, man!

Adam and Rylan were very helpful getting me a new battery and back on the road. Quick service on a Sunday too.

On Saturday, July 8th, 2023, I accidentally locked my spare keys in my car. I considered smashing my window to get into my car as a have a puppy and couldn't get into the house - my house keys were on those spare keys. I initially lost my regular keys a few weeks ago - they are in my house somewhere but I've torn the house upside down trying to find them - a psychic friend of mine said they're in the house in a drawer some where - looked but to no avail: O. In any case, my cell phone was also in the house - we have a key pad for the garage but I haven't used it in a long while and forgot the code - all it took was one try - i got in. I'd heard that Astro Towing can get into locked cars for possessions, such as keys. I called and they were at my home within 15 minutes. The Astro service representative Artur was fast, efficient and friendly. I was relieved & happy. The cost was minimal, surprisingly, so I gave him a pretty darn good tip.

Thank you for the wonderful service of Astro Towing Ltd. I had a flat tire and Adam was just excellent at changing the tire to the spare in order for me to take the tire for repair. In my case I needed a new tire. I appreciated the prompt, courteous and efficient service I received!

Dead battery. Keenan M came and boosted and checked the battery which showed cell was dead so changed battery. I give him an outstanding performance rating. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant young man.

On Dec 28th I called to get my car free from stuck in the snow. The guys came, didn't have a hook, instead of saying we can't do the service, they pulled my car and broke one of the arms at the bottom. They charged me 70 dollars for 2 minutes by the way.
Then the next morning, when I was trying to drive the car, I discovered that couldn't be driven. Today I got my car back, after 3 weeks and almost 1,000 spent.
My point is, if you can't do a job you can say " Sorry we don't have the tools to do the job".

Truck got impounded and I had to grab some things from it. It was past 6 and the yard closed at 6. They were still able to assist me to grab my belongings. It was very much appreciated as I needed them for work the next day.

Other than not being able to book an appointment to have a vehicle towed to the dealership for an appointment, was a good transaction. The driver was very helpful and provided great info and confirmed my troubleshooting.

Sebastian was a great serviceman. Really handled my suv with the utmost respect during the tow. The only downside was waiting for an approval call. But we got my wreck back home with ease. I hope to run into him again! Less awkward having to deal with new faces as I'm introverted af. Thanks guys!

What an amazing company in someones time of need.
My vehicle died in a parking lot and the tow operator was super amazing. I was a stone throw away from the subaru shop and he was able to get a booster pack on and followed me to the shop. Cost me half the price ️ a true hero!

I called them to come and help me with a flat tire and the man working was so nice and pleasant to deal with, I wish I got his name. My tire ended up not being entirely flat and he ended up just putting air in it for me which was so helpful. Then he didn’t charge me! I have been having a horrible past few weeks and I really appreciated him being so nice to me. Will definitely call them again thank you so much!

The driver of their “battery” truck was polite, knowledgeable and fun to learn from and interact with. He resolved my issue and gave sound advice for the future. I will not hesitate to use or recommend their services in the future.

A special thank you to Curtis, he went above and beyond for me today making sure all my tires had the right air pressure and stood out in the cold for me brushing off windows and doing the tires! I have been to ASTRO a couple times and Curtis is always amazing to deal with! Thank you for your amazing services!

Tow truck showed up within 20 minutes of me calling. Got my car out in a matter of minutes. Fast and proffesional service.

I called CAA because my vehicle would not start. Dennis with Astro Towing came out within the hour and Dennis was quick to see that the problem was not the battery but that the ground wire was not tightened. He tightened the wire and my vehicle fired up immediately. It was refreshing and a relief to deal with someone really knowledgeable who spotted the issue immediately.

Called Astro to put a vehicle in our shop and they were there promptly and they were reasonably priced. Would use them again.

My daughter’s vehicle wouldn’t start in the awful -44 temperature so it was stuck in my driveway. Astro Towing was very busy but we were serviced by Curtis, Truck #25, within a reasonable timeframe. It took a few tries and breaks in between the attempts but Curtis hung in there until he succeeded with a successful boost. Curtis was courteous, professional and had a lovely demeanor. We hope we don’t need services again but if we do, we hope to have Curtis to our rescue.

Braden from Astro was awesome, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. He was excellent to deal with. Thank you Braden for your great service.

Had a flat with the little man with me the guy arrived and my son was so fascinated by the lights and the truck made the whole flat be forgotten about thanks astro team job well done!

Austin with truck #40 is a gem. He managed to navigate with expertise through a long, tight driveway to get to my SUV which was sitting completely dead in the garage. The driveway was so tight that he had to exit his truck through the back window, because he could not exit through the doors (literally two inches allowance on either side) between truck and house and truck and fence. He had to try a few things to get the SUV going, but he did not give up, and ultimately, he was able to figure it out and my SUV is running! One of the kindest, professional men out there. Beyond happy with this experience. Highly recommended. Thanks again, Austin. You made me and my mom's night.

My vehicle broke down on the highway. My roadside assistance service dispatched Astro towing to tow my vehicle to the dealership. When the tow truck arrived, the driver explained that he would have have to drag my vehicle (because it wouldn’t go into neutral) and possibly wreck my tires. Since I was just on my way home after getting new tires ($1500), I wasn’t keen on that idea. He offered to call a different tow truck. I was on a time crunch because the dealership was getting me a loaner vehicle but they were closing in 30 minutes. The tow truck driver offered to sit with my vehicle, call a different tow truck and get my vehicle towed there. He said “don’t worry, I got you”. My husband came and drove me to the dealership, and when my husband went back to give the driver a thank you, he was already gone. I called Astro to get his name to personally thank him.
Thank you Anthony! What an amazing gesture you did for me, you made my stressful experience so much easier and lessened my worry.
I plan to thank you in person!

I had a terrible day with my BMW's engine acting funny after work and used my CAA to call a tow truck. The experience I had with Austin Davis from Astro Towing was the definition of excellence. He was to my surprise EARLY compared to the time estimate given on my CAA! He was personable, supportive, humorous, kind and helpful. He even popped my hood to see if he could tell me anything I did not already know and even offered me to give me a ride home after my car was dropped off at the shop. I would highly recommend Astro Towing, especially if Austin Davis is your tow truck driver, he will take the best care of you possible.

Travelling from Ontario to British Columbia with a UHaul trailer, my car broke down on the highway outside of Saskatoon. Outstanding, professional and incredibly kind customer service was provided by the dispatcher, and drivers Nol and Doug right from start to finish! I felt completely safe and confident with them and cannot is thank them enough for all of their help. They take great pride in their work and go above and beyond!

I mean, it's a tow truck company, I don't know what kind of review your expecting. They'll tow if you call, and won't if you don't.

My vehicle spontaneously resurrected itself shortly after Astro towing arrived. The driver graciously offered to check to see all was ok under the hood before he left without charging me on a minus 30 day. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

LaBinot and Eugene arrived within the hour on a bitterly cold day and immediately jumped into getting my tire changed. They were so friendly and good natured about helping me figure out where the tire release rod was stored and in less than 10mins the spare was on and the flat was in the back of the truck. Nicely done gentlemen!

Within a short time Astro Tow Truck operator Carter arrived. He offered his assistance in a kind, helpful and professional way. In no time he had my vehicle hooked and ready to be towed. I enjoyed Carter's company as he told some interesting and entertaining stories along the way to our destination. A job well done by a super guy.
