I just wanted to shout out to the service team at Audi. Jenna…. You’re the best! I had a really bad sound in my Q5 and without an appointment they had me in and out within a week… which considering they ordered parts, was amazingly fast. As always, they were professional, kept me in the loop and made my repairs a breeze. Thanks Jenna and team!

Picked up this beauty just over a year ago. All I can say is what an experience! From the outstanding quality of the vehicle, to the very friendly and professional team at Audi Saskatoon. I had the pleasure of working with Marcel for the purchase of this Q5. He exuded absolute professionalism from start to finish. This guy is a class act and he made the buying experience that much more exciting! Marcel knows the Audi brand inside and out. There were no smoke and mirrors here, and transparency was the name of the game. Everything, from buying the vehicle to the Q5 orientation I received on the day I took delivery, was clearly laid out. With that said, I decided to wait a whole year to do this review to let my emotional high normalize. Well, the good news is, my emotions still run high. I still absolutely love my Q5 and I am honoured to be a part of the Audi family. Go for a test drive, or better yet, go buy an Audi. You won’t regret it! Marcel is ready to take you on this journey. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had, period!

I was looking to purchase a new vehicle and met up with Corwyn at Audi Saskatoon. He walked me through the whole process, answered any questions I had, and didn't hesitate to show me any vehicles that could be a possible fit. The whole team there is friendly and welcoming. I never felt pressured or in a time crunch to purchase a vehicle. I ended up buying a vehicle at Land Rover and Corwyn went out of his way to set up everything with Abdul at the Land Rover dealership, making the whole experience stress free and exciting. I highly recommend!

Corwyn was nothing but a delight to deal with from start to finish. I just purchased a 2019 Audi Q7 and could not be more happy. I recently leased a 2023 S5 from Corwyn k who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle in question and made the entire experience amazing from the day it was ordered until it was delivered. He was always on top of providing updates about its status through the process, provided a seamless experience in arranging for winter tires and rims to be put on as well as window tinting and detailing all so it would be perfect for delivery. Corwyn and the team at Audi were very welcoming and provided a no pressure shopping atmosphere which is what made me go forward and purchase the vehicle from this dealership!

Incredible service from the whole team at Saskatoon Audi. From the moment I called the dealership I knew we would be purchasing here. Corwyn was very knowledgable and quick to assist, he even offered to drive the car to me since I couldn't come down right away. Marcel was very helpful with explaining features and helping me make the right choice. The finance manager Trevor made everything easy as well. I cannot express how incredibly happy we are with our purchase, if I could give 10 stars I would. Make sure you ask for Corwyn, he is phenomenal to work with. We will be back!

Not overly excited about audi Saskatoon anymore. Was a repeat customer but they failed to treat me right this time. GM of sales refused our offer over 3m and mudflaps. Found our deal elsewhere. Doubtful I'd ever buy here again

Again they went above and beyond all my expectations. And I plan on going back soon to own my first audi! In my opinion stop in and say hi you wont be disappointed!

I’ve owned my 2016 S3 for just over a year now and to this day every time I go into the garage and drive the car I fall in love again. It was love at first sight and it was made possible by Trevor, being an 18 year old at the time it was hard to get someone to take you serious and I had experienced this at all previous dealerships I had visited but from the first inquiry till purchasing Trevor was very helpful and professional and treated was blind to my age! He made the Purchase of my first large asset purchase of my first large asset seamless. My next car will be an Audi and Trevor will be my salesman

When I went to drop my car in the morning, the service center staff told me I could pick it up after 5: 30pm. When I called in the afternoon the lady in front table told (actually lied) me I couldn't pick up the car after 5 pm cause nobody in service center. You cancelled the shuttle and I had to coordinate the time of my boyfriend drive me there. Very unprofessional front desk staff

I owe a huge THANK YOU to Marcel and the rest of the Audi Saskatoon team for helping me find my beautiful Q3. I was in such a tight spot, having gotten my vehicle written off-having taken care of it and loved it for the last 13 years. I was at a total loss of even where to begin choosing cars.

Luckily, Marcel and his team put all my worries at ease. He explained everything to me in an easily digestible manner, went out of his way to deliver the vehicle on his day off, and gave me the most comprehensive orientation to my new vehicle. The whole process took less than 48 hours and my vehicle was delivered in pristine condition.

I met a salesman named Landon Crowter who went over and beyond what I had expected! My work requires me to work long hours so I normally can’t get in for a test drive but Landon brought me the exact car I described to my work just so I could do an overnight test drive. Kristin Johns has always gone above and beyond excellent customer service for her customers. She knows every customer by name, and delivers on her promises. She will tell you in layman’s terms, what work is needed on your AUDI. She knows all the models of Audi’s, which I found quite impressive. It’s very apparent she loves her job, her co-workers and of course her customers She will go out of her way to ensure everyone is treated with respect, and she has such a passion for her work. Her outgoing personality makes customers feel at ease, and even has them laughing. By far, she’s one of the best in the business.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Nathaniel Robbins when I stopped by Audi in Saskatoon. He was insanely professional, helpful, and resourceful. I will defintely be sending my friends to see him when they are looking for a new vehicle!

It shouldn't take 5 days for the service department to return a call, that's unacceptable in any industry. Also this is the second time we have taken my wife's Audi in for winter/summer tire swap and coincidentally the second time I have had to go through the vehicle settings to store tire pressures. I don't understand why the customer has to do this when I am charged $100+ to change over wheels. The only saving grace is the sales staff. Marcel was awesome to deal with, he and he alone is the only reason that the dealer isn't getting a 1 star review.

I purchased a used car at Audi Saskatoon in late summer of 2017. I dealt with Trevor is sales and the transaction went well and I felt that I was being treated fairly. I loved the way they present the car to me on pick-up, it was a very exciting day!

The service department at Audi Saskatoon is also excellent. I always felt very well cared for and they work hard to make sure your concerns are answered and that your car is looked after. This point has become more clear to me now after moving away from Saskatoon and dealing with Audi dealers in another city.

When I buy another Audi, I would definitely go back to Saskatoon even if I am not living there.
