Bought my first truck here and the salesman Paul was very good to deal with and helped me with everything I needed!

I brought my van in for service the other day. The staff were courteous and I was in and out in only a few minutes. Later, I received a call to tell me they were finished and it was ready to go once I got there to pick it up. All in all, exactly how I would want my service appointment to go!

Fantastic car buying experience. The team went above and beyond in ensuring we got into the vehicle we wanted at a good price. No pushy sales tactics here. The sales manager even recommended we check out other dealerships in the area before making our final decision. Hopefully the service department will do just as well when we need it in the future.

Received a flyer in the mail for their “win $25,000 cash” contest, got the Royal straight flush winning hand (highest possible) thought, oh awesome, get to the dealership with my flyer, and was told ah no you don’t win cash, we’re gonna try to sell you a car and give you a $5 Wal-Mart gift card… ok cool

I've been thinking about getting a Jeep for several months, and will be ready to purchase in the fall-time. I have had the pleasure of working with Torrance at Auto Clearing, who showed me several different options. He understood that I wasn't quite ready to buy, and we talked about budget. He is sending me great options as they come up, and I will definitely purchase my Jeep from this company. Their service has been impeccable!

Be sure to ask for Torrance! He is amazing and made the process really smooth. He went above and beyond for us and tried to help as much as possible. Great service- they sure know their stuff!

Todd at Body shop is a super nice guy. Service is always great and they deliver what they promise.

Customer service, attention to detail and respect are not this dealerships priority. In fact, it has soured my experience to the point where I need to write a review in hopes that it will trigger action at the dealership level. Although I have had very few problems with my Ram, there have been a few instances where I’ve had to bring it in for repair. The service department tells me that it is as good as it’s going to get, and that I can’t expect the truck to work like it was new. They were just fixing the hinges on my tailgate; nothing even mechanical. In addition, they have a rotating Chrysler sales person that is the epitome of an untrustworthy/false individual that will do anything just to get you in the door and then make it seem like it they are doing you a personal favor. My key fob stopped working about three years after I purchased the vehicle, and the Chrysler sales person told me that they would warranty my new key fobs for an extra three years if I purchased a new vehicle that week. What a slap in the face. It’s a $72,000 vehicle, why not help me out instead of lie over the phone just to get me to come down to the dealership to upsell a new truck? Overall, this is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Saskatoon. So much room for improvement.

Do not buy vehicle from Jason and their manger team, lol, dont left deposit, u never get it back.
All we need just our deposit back, and an apologize, being so rude, and no reason for ignore us, hidden us, we are no able to settle.this is not an order, this is a vehicle suppose be ready to delivery on Nov 2022, and sales guy liar, dealer like robbery.
By law, this deposit refundable, and as promise by sales person, if the vehicle is not an order, By law, the vehicle delay and late, they need to explain us, and an apologize, but manager hidden us. Do not

Service made no effort to help. My truck has 7000 km and the 4x4 is not working. At least 3 weeks before it can be looked at. After that we could order parts and book another appointment to have it repaired.

Was rear ended and had chosen Auto Clearing as the body shop to get the rear bumper painted.
They painted it within a day and had cleaned up the inside of the vehicle.
The body shop manage, Todd, was very helpful.

They give a very pathetic service. On the appointment for safety inspection, they took 30 hours for the inspection of my work truck, my manager was yelling at me for that. They said mud flaps are missing when I came with mud flaps, they again took two days for that. The pathetic service I have ever seen.

Just frustrating dealing with service dept.
Everyone was nice enough that I talked to but when I called to book the appt. I specifically told them the exact part that needed to be replaced. It was physically broken, a mechanical part. No looking or diagnosing required, just the part replacement. They had the SN of the truck so knew exactly the part number needed. I booked it in to replace this part. They got me in quick which I was really pumped on and obviously they had the part in stock. Dropped it off first thing in the morning and got a call around noon saying yep we have confirmed it’s this part… it’ll be 4 weeks or so to get it in. Like what!? I called Mopar Canada and they told me of three dealerships out east who had the part and the first one I called sold it to me. I guess Auto Clearing doesn’t have access to other dealers parts inventory.

Who book me in for a part change when the part isn’t in stock? Doesn’t make sense to me and was just a huge inconvenience.

Had my truck break down on me 700km from home, had it towed to Auto Clearing that night and the next day they were able to sneak it into the shop and get me going again within a couple hours even though their service department was swamped with other work. Much appreciated Auto Clearing!

My father bought a used vehicle and we have already put in $7000 in repairs after driving the car for a week. We have almost reached what we paid for the car. I would never recommend shopping here. My father even spoke to them afterwards and they gave him the run around. I’m not sure if they just treat our older population this way or if it is all people. Extremely disappointed in this business.

Worst experience and attitude by staff. I did a oil change and peace of mind inspection on May 20,2022 before going for a trip. Thry Over inflated the tires (45psi instead of 36psi). Didn't even rotate the tires. During the trip noticed uneven wear on tires and had to try rotate the tires and deflate at
another dodge dealership. By the time I got back tires were unevenly worn and now have to change the set. I wanted to show it to the dealership before changing the tires. Talked to the service person and he don't even care to look at it.
As suggested by owner, 2 days back I called service manager and left voicemessage, didn't hear back yet.

Today again Sept 2nd, called to speak to service manager, was told not available.
Spoke to girl at service department on phone to ask if we can bring vehicle to show damage to tires due to overinflated, was told service manager will deal with it. Does not want to even take a look at vehicle. Very disappointing

I had a great purchasing experience here. Both their sales, and service department pay attention to the details.
-UPDATE- I gave a 5 star review for my purchase experience, but 5 years later I have service experience, and decided to update my review. The dealerships inability to make routine maintenance convenient is disappointing.

My vehicle was repaired in a timely manor and brought back to me as good as factory condition including a good detailing. Brought my vehicle there early morning and i learned that they only have one person doing an oil change every monday and 2 person for the rest of the week.thus it took almost 5 hours for them to finish the oil change for my vehicle. Service was good and i dont have worries for them opening the hood of my car since i know they are expert. They provided me a service to bring and pick up me at home so i could comfortably wait at home. Take note they are a bit friendlier this time compare the last time when i brought the same vehicle for a recall issues. Good job.

Anton made our experience of trading in our palisade on a used jeep wrangler eco diesel an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend dealing with Anton if looking for a new vehicle. Good service but I will say there are friendly writers in the city. But the worst is they don’t play a local radio station in their customer lounge/showroom. Maybe it’s because their receptionist likes to sing along. Can’t sing when the news is being read.

Bad service, 2x already, had my dads car fixed twice in a week they still did bad job.if he hadnt known about whats wrong he couldve gotten into accident!

Bought a vehicle here in 2016 and my experience was amazing and just recently, I bought a brand new 2021 truck from auto clearing and the experience was just as amazing! The staff are excellent, they went out of their way to make sure I was able to take the vehicle home that day (as I had a rental for about a month). Not to mention they were able to find the perfect truck for me, with everything I wanted plus more! I will most definitely continue buying through this dealership and I highly recommend that others do as well!

Beware! We bought a used 2013 Dodge Caravan less than a month ago, everything with the financial part went great! Up to the time i picked up the Van, 2 hours after driving it off the lot, i noticed the heat wasn't very hot, then drove it around the next day and noticed the transmission was acting kind of funny, thought maybe im just not used to this vehicle, then called the dealership and told the sales person the issues, they said to just call service and book it in to get looked at. Once i took it into service, my feelings were Right! The thermostat needed replacement, and a transmission hose was also needing replacement, as it was low on transmission fluid, then they said it was a good thing i had Extended warranty, but they need me to pay $200 deductible to fix it, why do i need to pay $200 just after buying the vehicle, those problems should've been fixed at the Dealerships expense! Not mine! Funny thing is, just as financial was being finished, i was asked by 2 people to make sure i leave them good reviews! Well im not going to leave reviews just after signing papers, and not driving the vehicle for a couple days to make sure everything is working good first! Now nobody wants to deal with it. So, i pay the extra $200 to fix it, but will NEVER Recommend buying a used vehicle from them.these issues were present at time of purchase! Much BEFORE the -50 temperatures we received, which would Obviously! Make any problem Worse!
Just a Bad and Sad experience.

Awesome customer service, great team of people. They listen to what you want and don't try and push you into something just for the sake of a sale. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend them to my friends and family.

It’s not very often I get baited into buying a new vehicle by a promotional mailer, but I couldn’t be happier that I did. My wife and I were throwing around the idea of getting into a vehicle that better suited our current life situation, and conveniently a letter from AutoClearing promoting specials was enough for me to make a phone call simply to inquire.

I called and spoke with Shane, he was confident they could honour all the claims of the letter and got me in touch with their salesperson Nick Giesbrecht. We were able to setup an appointment on a Thursday evening to check out the vehicle and meet Nick. When we arrived, it was a pleasure meeting the guy, dealing with him was great. No pressure sales, calm, collected, knowledgeable and personable. Nick had the vehicle washed and brought inside for us to have a comfortable look at it. The dealership also seemed to be doing a good job following Covid protocols and made the entire experience relatively stress free.

After having taken a test drive, we were really impressed with the GrandCherokee, it checked every box in our ideal requirement list. We were given a fairly satisfying quote and figured we would sleep on it, and think it over. Over the following two days, much of our dealings were conducted with Nick over the phone (limiting our in-person outings) and we were made an offer that we simply couldn’t refuse. We decided to drive over on a Saturday afternoon to get things finalized. When we got there, the actual sale went silky smooth, everything was ready for us. The Trade-In / Buying experience was flawless and pain free, it was nice to conduct a deal with such assurance about the entire decision. The finance person Kealy was also a pleasure to work with, she was personable and very transparent with the deal as she expressed every detail and was able to answer every question.

When the dust settled and we drove off the lot, we noticed one piece was missing from our vehicle, the locking lug nuts. I called and Nick was able to honour the quote and ensure we were entirely taken care of. They truly did earn our business and instilled confidence with this dealership. I look forward to receiving the same treatment from AutoClearing “Post-Sale”, I am confident that we will be just as pleased as we are now.
