Scammers stay away! Will wreck your vehicle and charge a ridiculous amount of money for repairs. They also have no clue what they are doing

Honestly I cannot say enough good things about Daryl and the crew at Auto Electric. I have been taking my cars to Daryl for over 20 years now and there isn't a more honest and trustworthy guy in the business. On my recent visit I took my car in to have some noises looked at. Just purchased this car 6 months ago and when I took it to the dealer they charged me a bunch of cash but didn't fix the issue at all. Within 2 minutes of walking into Auto Electric I had the service advisor on a road test with me so I could show him when I was hearing it. Took about half a block for him to hear the noises, and as much as I hate having an issue with my car at least I knew it wasn't just me. They took a look at the car for me, found the actual issues with it and charged me less than half of what the dealership did to find the problem. I was told what needed to be done now and what could wait a bit and as a student, that's a lifesaver. All of the service advisors I have dealt with here have been friendly, knowledgable and care about more than just making a dollar. Obviously any shop has to charge money to stay in business, but when its a reasonable rate and they aren't scaring you into fixing everything at once, I don't feel as bad about paying the bill at the end. If you're on the fence about where to take your vehicle I can truthfully say don't hesitate to take it into Auto Electric. Thank you guys for everything and especially to Daryl, it's nice to have that feeling that someone has your back!

Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional and friendly. Within 3 hours of dropping off my car, I had a thorough report with pictures of every issue they felt needed to be addressed. They followed up the text and email with a phone call to go over every listed repair. They had great communication throughout the day and were so easy to deal with. I have been looking for a place to take my car where I felt like it was taking it home for my dad to fix. I think I’ve found it! I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to do unnecessary repairs and I felt like they really cared about getting my car repaired and back on the road for a fair price. I haven’t been to a shop in 20 years where I felt that I wasn’t being lied to. Very refreshing.
