My wife and I did a walked-in and ended up buying my first SUV, thanks to Chris. Met us at a door with a smile, friendly & welcoming. He went above and beyond. We had a great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

We just bought a used vehicle from here. Turns out it's not even safetied. They just did an in hour inspection and said good enough. I discovered now the passenger seat isn't even bolted in so that definitely won't pass a safety that we have to get ourselves now.

Great selection of new and used cars and trucks. I was in getting parts and the partsman was good to deal with.

So many problems I don't even know where to start they had my vehicle for a month never repaired it. Then they said I refused service. Talked with a manager got belittled and talked down to acused of making demands when I simply didn't want to walk ended up walking off. I bought a 2022 outback and I regret giving this dealership any money they very dissmisive and disrespectful and do not care for the vehicle I paid a ton of money to be out of a vehicle cause of thier negligence. Don't buy here you will regret it I got my vehicle back damaged and they had pictures 3 days after I brought it to them and I have a video where it clearly has no damage the day I brought it there

Very helpful as I am having issues with other dealers and by far! So far! They are the he best to dealeships! I have not purchased as of yet. However the deal Has not been finalized yet

Be very careful with these shady operators. Insist on copies of all documentation. Insist on a documented purchase price before any transaction. Insist on using a credit card so you have recourse when these jokers try to scam you. There are plenty of other dealers in town who will treat you with respect and in my case, offered thousands more for my trade-in. Don’t let the mythomaniac in the finance department hoodwink you with documents that have nothing to do with your transaction. Check my record: I rarely give negative reviews.

Came from Saskatoon to look at a 2013 F150 FX4 which was described as "excellent condition".
When I arrived I immediately noticed the
1.large rust ring on the outer edge of all 4 rotors, Basically all needed to be replaced + pads
2. Bumper had no license plate lights at all (Bulb housing / connections missing) which is actually a ticket if pulled over
3. Back up Camera didn't work
4. Back up sensors didn't work
5. Rear pass side door would not unlock or even open from the inside
6. Shocks / Struts OEM 200,000 km worn out / soft
7. Heated / Cooled seats didn't work
8. Coolant reservoir was completely empty / bone dry
9. Engine Oil was way up the dip stick.

Mean while I kept hearing the sales man say oh its a nice truck, blah blah blah. Then the sales manager tells me it was listed wrong and was going to be repriced the next day. Well they raised the price on it by 5g. HAHAHAHAHA

I have to give a shout-out to Josh at the service department of Subaru for going above and beyond by handling a problem I had with my car due to getting work done elsewhere. Really took a lot of the stress out of the ordeal by speaking to the place directly for me and got my car repaired quickly. Great customer service. I have to hand it to this dealership for taking care of me even 9 years after I purchased my car there.

My father who is 82 years old drove down to from Saskatoon to look at a pre owned Subaru. Unfortunately I wasn't with him.

He dealt with a sales person named Chris Parson. The vehicle they were looking at was $31,000 but running a car fax it showed it had $4000 damage from hail, which was previously fixed.
After looking at it the vehicle my father decided to offer Chris $28,000.
His response was "maybe you should shop for a vehicle you can afford"
I understand that vehicles are over priced because of the current shortage. Chris could have explained that to my father and said that this vehicle will sell for $31000. Instead of being so disrespectful.
Overall Chris's arrogance represents thus dealership and Subaru in a bad way.
My father phoned me in distraught, informing me he has never been mistreated with so much disrespect. Chris Parson he is 82 years old.
Auto Gallery Subaru you have lost 2 potential buyers cause of this comment and I am sure many more after they read this.

I have left 2 messages with Josh Jors since September 01 2022 to give him a chance to why his car salesman treat the public like this, but no reply.
If you want to buy Subaru please go some where else!

Worst part of owning a Subaru is dealing with Auto Gallery. Do yourself a favor and go to Saskatoon.

My wife and i drove into the Auto Gallery dealership just to look at a Crosstrek. We met a very personable person named Roel Benedicto and we asked him if we could see and possibly test drive a Crosstrek. He immediately set us up with a Crosstrek to test drive, we were very impressed with the vehicle and the sales team. We purchased the Crosstrek Limited and Roel went out of his way to make us comfortable with the vehicle. I would definately recommend seeing Roel if you are wanting to purchase a Subaru.

Worst customer service ever and the finance "manager" Jess, whined that it wasn't her problem, we should have told her sooner, told me to speak like a professional and then hung up on me, mid sentence - problem still not resolved. Absolute JOKE of a comapny

Bought my first car, a 2017 Toyota Corolla, from Auto Gallery and dealt with Dane. Dane was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything and so was all the staff. Made my first experience of buying a vehicle very enjoyable! 10/10 recommend Dane and Auto Gallery!

I must tell you first off I love my Subaru so I am a bit bias. ;)

They scanned my Crosstrek to diagnose an intermittent starting issue. Changed my FOB battery, reset a control model and sent me off very satisfied.

I do need to book another appointment to fully diagnose and locate a possible wiring issue and have a peace of mind winter check up done.

Where I live the snow and frostbite temperatures are coming and I rely heavily on my reliable cars, Subaru Outbacks and Crosstreks are by far my most favorite over all my previous cars (well except maybe for my
'74 Challenger).

Friendly prompt service, fair pricing. Dane was very quick to respond to messages and provided all the info I needed to make an informed decision.

My daughter bought her first car from Auto Gallery Regina and had a 5 star experience and the sales person Dane Smith was top notch and was very efficient and a great sales man. I highly recommend him and Auto Gallery for your next vehicle purchase.

It's been over a year since I bought my Outback. Still loving it. Thanks so much to Dane Smith, such an awesome salesman. He still after all this time checks in with me to see how things are going. Maybe it was all the time we spent together test driving 20 different vehicles in order to ensure I was getting the right car for me. He listened to my wishlist and texted me when he had in my desired vehicles. I have never experienced such great service. Auto Gallery is fortunate to have Dane represent their business!

My wife switched her mind from Honda to Subaru primarily because of Dane. He is passionate, helpful, and an excellent sales person. I put my info in the Subaru website at 9 pm and he emailed me back within 15 min which was impressive. He was honest about everything and I never felt pushed for a single moment throughout the whole purchasing process.

What amazes me Most is after 6 months of purchasing the vehicle, I get the same greetings and services from Dane whether it’s oil change or tire change or a windshield repair. This is really amazing.
