I have been going to Avalon Auto for a few years now and have always thought they had good customer service but my recent interaction with them showed me what GREAT customer service truly looks like and how that level of service creates life long customers! Kudos and many thanks to Mike, Kelley, Cory and all the mechanics who have ever worked on my vehicle (and they have had LOTS of practice on it)!

Fast and efficient, and when I go there it feels like they are on my side not on the side of squeezing me for as much money as possible, like some other places do.

With the high costs of both new and used vehicles these days, the decision to repair and maintain my 2008 Mazda 3 was a no brainer. Thank you Avalon for doing an excellent job on my vehicle, I totally feel the difference and now she drives the way I remember her in her earlier days)

Customer service was on the bottom end of average. Didn't explain things very well to me. Gave me an over priced quote ($900) for an issue I was having which I ended up finding cheaper quotes (at minimum $200 cheaper) at multiple shops that I called afterwards, for the same work and the same part quoted.

But, my car worked when I got it back and the price for the oil and tire change done that day was alright. Wouldn't recommend based on this experience.

Just one minor note. After the check up. I found the engine top cover hasn't been installed, just put on the top of block head cover. Fixed that myself. Everything else was fantastic.

Have been going to Avalon Auto since 1994. Would not go anywhere else and refer all my family and friends there. They are extremely trustworthy and will not try to sell you services or parts that you don't need.

My car battery died and when I called a couple other places i was laughed at and told two weeks wait time. Avalon, however, didn't even ask questions; I was encouraged to get the car in and they'd try looking at it in a couple days. Within 4 hours they had diagnosed and replaced the battery, and I had my vehicle back within the same day. The price was fair, and I could pay and pick up after hours. I'm very happy with their professionalism and helping me feel like a priority, despite how busy they are!

Kelly and his team really go the extra mile for their clientele. This family business treats you like family.
They are trustworthy, fair and stand behind their work. That level of assurance will keep me going back for as long as I ever need a garage in Saskatoon.
