The food was ok except the fries were definitely not fresh they were already cold and we ate immediately after ordering. I only had one experience with this restaurant as we were traveling cross country and stopped in as it's conveniently located right on the main route so didn't delay us by much as we traveled from Ontario to Alberta.

Had the Blt chicken sandwich, terrible value just a thin chicken breast and not much taste. Will spend money on beef and maybe get some meat in my $15 sandwich.

Eggs were over very done (no over easy runny as requested) and dry. Sausages were ice cold, took forever to get food too. Tables were dirty too.very disappointed at our breakfast stop on our travels.

The Guy that works here is awesome! I was pulling through because I’m on my way towards Edmonton and sure enough, they treated me with respect and a smile even on a Sunday morning! The Food was great! And I was well looked after!

What a bunch of screw ups in this joint it wasn't only me this morning that got order screwed up then he look at you funny when you tell him it's wrong order

We always eat here. Most of the time the food is great, and if there's anything wrong they're quick to correct it. I gave food one less star because the burger and Fries aren't always hot and fresh, but as is said, they'll make it right.

Great breakfast, piping hot, tasty. Big mug of delicious coffee. Lovely service, quick and polite. Clean washrooms.

Very disappointed to learn that underage children are being hired here. Food was good though

Easter Sunday took my mom out for a treat to A& W in wynyard can hear the cook Llyoid in the back verbally swearing while other customers with children by the till as I was waiting for my order. So sad to hear such language at the restaurant

Everything is fine with the food, but friends - what about the toilet? Do you clean there When was the last time a normal repair was done?

I stop for breakfast as they have large parking lot on back side easily fit trucks and trailers good food and coffee only complaint is staffing issues sometimes leads to a wait as this seems to be the coffee shop for a lot of folks and the drive thru is usually busy

This A&W has been long known for serving good hot food. However the bathrooms were as usual, needing attention. But the biggest problem here is the unfriendly staff. As soon as you step up to the counter, you feel like you're intruding. Don't expect a basic greeting like, "hi, how are you today", or "hi, how can I help you today? " Just the usual "to stay or go? ". Usually said so fast and with a scowl, it makes you think twice about why you made the effort to come, especially in cold winter weather. I would strongly recommend some P. R. (public relations) training for all present and future employees. It would make such a difference in dining here!
