Manager Named Mehul is very kind and generous and take care of all customers and staff as well as i noticed while having lunch there and they follow best cleanliness in store as well.

Had the All Canadian breakfast with a side of pancakes and enjoyed every bite. I completely forgot they had plated breakfast, glad I stopped in this morning. Staff was very kind as well; smiles on all faces

Can't go wrong with a legend.
Tried the new mama burger. Very good, with my usual sweet potato fries and classic RB

Not sure if its just me but it seems like theyve shrunk the size of their burgers now. Ordered a papa burger and seemed small, could be moving to a shrinkflation situation now. Shame when places do this to help save customers money they say usually

Ordered my lunch well in advance on skip the dishes. Driver goes to pick up and order isn't ready, so he leaves to pickup another order. He then picked up my order incredibly late and it's the wrong order. It's not my order and no drink. Not a happy customer

Burger was over cooked and lettuce was brown on sandwich. Definitely not the standard minuses to at my regular A&W.

Now adays it's really slow. The wait is longer than normal A&W's. Almost $10 for 3 tiny chicken fingers.might as well buy some from the grocery store and air fry those fingers of chicken up proper and at a cheaper rate.

So so service..... Standing 3 ft apart from the cashier I should not need to say my order 4 times & she should not ask if that is a combo if that is what I had asked for everytime
Also some more housekeeping would not hurt I walked by 3 table that I wanted to sit at but they were not wiped clean maybe the 2 workers that were just standing & talking could clean their place of employment.

Drive thru was fast and food was very fresh, fries were so hot I had to let them cool down.

Long preparation time even though I was the only person at the time. Unprofessional staff especially the guy who looked like the manager there. Never going back there again.

These guys take care of you if they got it wrong, they either take care of ur bill, or make u what ever u want and more. Burgers are good

I dined in for breakfast and ordered the Cheese & Egger with a hash brown and small coffee. The cashier was prompt to take my order and the food was ready insanely fast! My meal was fresh and tasted good. Would recommend dining here.

This place gives all A&Ws the worst possible image one could imagine. The staff and management are ruining loved 60+ year old image and experience! I was treated so poorly after my order was completely wrong over the holidays. You would think that they would want to rectify it as soon as possible being Me and my family have been a customer of A&W for 30+ years. I will be contacting head office as I know someone that is in management. I am absolutely applaud at that they have been able to act in such a manner for this long. This is the second time and it will be the last! The manager wouldn’t even give me her name.go figure! I am in the process of getting to the bottom of this. Stay far away if you enjoy A&W or this location will change the image or experience forever! Shady business!

Heyya, it was a nice experience, though the place seems to be a little congested, the quality of service and food was spectacular. Yaa every A&W gives a good experience, but, there's a difference between good and best.

The manager at this location is absolutely by the corporate manual and business model doing what's asked of them at this location.
Absolutely hands down the best I've ever had.
Period.
