I can see why A&W is a dying business. If you go to this place, you will get a nine dollar hamburger with nothing on it and they call that a papa burger wow.

Nasty customer service! The lady with long brown grayish hair was so rude for no reason! Not coming back. Why work in customer service if that's the way you treat customers. SO RUDE

I had just went to A&W today and this was by far the worst service.the workers didn’t even have the decency to talk to us! I’m beyond disappointed

One of the best beef burgers I've ever tasted.the beef tastes real which is great.chicken strips was also tasty.

Terrible customer service! Refused to refund us or remake our beyond burgers when they were clearly meat. Lying to customers is a great way to build reputation.

Got my order wrong 3 times before I left the till. The guy could hardly speak or understand English.
Usually the food is good but not today. It will be awhile before we go back.

Drive through service was quick. However I had to wait about 7 to 10 minutes for my chicken strips. There was no other customers ahead of me. Shift staff were friendly.
