I will never eat here again. 18.00 for teenburger and onion rings. Onion rings soggy and salty. Teen burger salty and disgusting. Obviously served me someones reject. I hate this restaurant chain and will never eat this disgusting food again. FOR SHAME A AND W. In a race to the bottom with kfry

Absolute worst customer service ever in my life. Go to any other location. Cashier did not listen to my order for one person and tried to charge me 53 dollars. When I was shocked and corrected my order she chastised me. She should be fired

The restaurant is ok just took forever to get my order taken as only one person working the drive through AND counter

This A & W was very nicely laid out & was quiet when we went into have our late lunch. Nice & clean too and the food was hot

Always decent food. Pretty expensive now though! Also I've been there 3 different times to try the new "Croissant" bacon and egger, and haven't gotten it once out of the 3 times I tried ordering it. But when I did get it, it was mighty delicious.

Save your time and money this place does not serve fresh chicken and fries. On multiple occasions. I guess they’re not busy enough to rotate through product. If it’s convenient for you just ask for it fresh. Do not drive away without checking your product.

I stopped here for lunch yesterday and ordered the BLT Chicken Burger meal. The ladies who took my order and served the food were polite. The chicken burger was delicious - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside The fries were good although, they’re not my favourite, I may skip them next time. And you can’t go wrong with root beer in a frosted mug to drink! Overall it was a good experience and I’d recommend this location and meal to others.

Food and service was good, a few of the onion rings were blackend in small spots which suggests a missed areas in batter coating but not so much as to make them inedible but thats what earns the 4.

Order was wrong, food hastily slapped together and missing a number of burger patties. Cost a fortune for the family, but not going to drive all the way back and no recipe in the bags anyway. Just eating the expense I guess to help make up for the missing burgers. Just wow.

Excellent hot food today! Thank you. We all enjoyed our chicken burgers and mozzarella burger. The young man at the drive thru window was awesome. He apologized for the food taking long! No worries we will wait for hot food! Yummy!

Mozza burger and onion rings are the go to. Food is good here, nothing spectacular to write home about, but you get what you think you will get

The quality of food was not the best. Some tables and booths were unmarked, but when sitting in one, writer was asked to leave because customers were not allowed to eat inside. Writer will not return to that store.

The place needs to figure out how to use the toaster as the morning toast either is burnt badly or not enough. Otherwise the burgers are what you would expect from A&W, good quality.

The egg burgers were good flavor. Dryer than usual though older buns maybe.

Like a&w for breakfast sandwiches over other places, way less chance of getting acid reflux from them

Was ignored at drive thru as the employee was talking to an individual who was standing outside the window passing the employee food from kfc. Horrible!

They take forever to take an order when your in line at the drive through and theres no one in line. I have left there multiple occasions, waiting at the menu / speaker sitting in my truck

OMG Haven't been to A&W for a long time. It has definitely changed. I had a Mozzarella burger that was so good. The lettuce and tomato were so fresh and the hamburger patty so juicy. And the fries were so incredible, served in little fry baskets. I ordered a side of gravy for my fries and even that was delicious. Now if they would improve their coffee and have deals on their coffee (like you know who) I could see this being my regular fast food place.

Ordered my food, which was two small burgers and had to wait. The next 4 people that ordered after me got there food before me. The food good but try not to forget about customers.

Went there at 924 PM. Waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes then went to the window because we thought maybe the intercom wasnt working. Was lit up very bright and seemed they were open. So we parked and went to go inside and the doors are locked and it says open until 10. I called them and a lady answered and said "about 4 months ago we started closing early if its not busy" there was no sign stating this and there was 3 vehicles behind us too that had lined up.hope the owner knows the staff like to close early whenever they feel like it.

Best aw anywhere. Always hot and fresh. Well worth the short drive from saskatoon to martinsville

Very very bad service! I Oder 4 burgers by and they ask me wait for a minute at the parking, but I waited for over 10 minutes and no body get the order for me. And then I go in for pickup by myself, the oder just finish, just 4 burgers they used 10 minutes for prepare, and not much guess in stone and also at drive through!

Delicious like always. We went a Sunday evening and was empty but very clean and organized. Good service and of course delicious burger!

Wait time at lunch is ridiculous. Wont be coming back.waiting 20+ minutes in line eats up most of my lunch break.

Took 35 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and when I got them the bacon was burnt and the eggs were cold. Worst a & w ever.

Drivethrough at 11: 45am was empty so I thought I'd take a chance seeing McDonald's was lined up. What a bad idea, I knew better after a few terrible experiences at this location. Intercom employee struggled with english. Employees were arguing with each other in Arabic once I got to the window. Had to pull up in the parking lot to wait for my food. 20 minutes later 4 other vehicles were also waiting. Got my order and found out it was wrong after I already drove away. Don't punish yourself. Don't walk, RUN!

I pulled in to grab breakfast for myself and my girlfriend. I waited at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. When nobody came onto the intercom I parked up and went into the restaurant to place my order. That's when I saw the problem. This A&W is always ridiculously understaffed. So I left.

The last time I was there I had to wait a long time for my order (in fast food terms). I ended up driving down to 22nd street and grabbing food there. I'm pretty sure that I still received my order quicker than if I had waited at this restaurant. I will not return to this restaurant.

Probably one of the shittiest A&W's I've been to in awhile. Normally I expect pretty good service. The fries tasted like fish. It was far from clean. Tables were dirty, a customer had to come out and ask for toilet paper, for them to only take 5 minutes to find it and he gave up and grabbed napkins to take to the bathroom. When I was ready to order the 3 people behind the till just stood there for awhile before the trainee had to step up and try to take our order to which then a staff accompanied her instantly.
Aside from those burgers were still really good as A&w usually is.

Quality seems to be slowly getting lower. But the food tastes good. The Habinaro chicken burger is quite spicy fyi. Good fast food poutine as they have excellent gravy.
