The service was immaculate.
The food was superb.
But since it's fast food, it left me destroying my toilet with nasty squeeming squits of chocolate rain, ruined my homes atmosphere.
I highly recommend.

We've loved A&W since we were teens and the taste never changes! Somethings just don't need to be, when you get it right the first time!

Lazy, irresponsible workers and staff! They posted there hours accordingly then close 2-3 hours early without notice or a warning. The restaurant must want to go out of business, they are missing so much clients and customers! This incident of driving 45 minutes for this restaurant and discovering they had closed early due to lack of customers has happened repeatedly. And I know I’m not the only one that has had this happen to them. They workers are ridiculous to not sure they leave their job due to boredom or whatever is going through their minds when coming up with this outrageously stupid idea. Apart from then being open for a third of what is promised the service isn’t all that great. But please! You are a fast food restaurant, DO YOUR JOB!

Onion rings have always been undercooked and seemed like they weren't freshly cooked. Got some today and they were barely cooked at all and chewy. No sign of crispiness and the only color on them came from the blotches of seasoning. The habanero chicken sandwich was good and is the only reason that I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

I like very much this brand. The food is super tasty and the attention is marvelous!

In this place if you are dinning in, you need to be patient, they kinda give preference to the drive thru.

Food was hot, fast service, friendly staff. The chicken strips were not over cooked! Nice and soft and moist

Was extremely disappointed with this location this evening. Showed up to this location and the doors were locked. I have lost interest in A&W all together Because of there change in there Beef going to a grass fed burger. A&W needs to bring back the good ole days when they would bring your meal out to your car and hang it on your window! Both myself and my wife were extremely sick a few months back from the served food at your Yorkton Saskatchewan location. It was obvious the food must not have been cooked correctly!

I’d recommend if you change your hours, that you also post it online.tried coming for some food at 9 tonight after a long day at work and the store is closed. What a let down.

I paid almost $8 for 3 chicken strips that look like they must have been sitting in a drawer for the entire day. They were thrown in the garbage because nobody could eat them or they would break a tooth. Would have given 1 star but the service was good.

I stop here while on the road every 2 weeks. In the last 10 months I've had my order made correctly once. Tonights burger came so loaded with mustard I couldn't taste anything else. I was given a new burger this time around, but if this only happened once in a while, I wouldn't mind. The problem is it's consistent. The saving grace here is the front end staff, who is usually fantastic to deal with.

Very nice people but don’t get the order right. Sometimes food is old, so make sure ask for a new one. It’s getting annoying because it happened to me about 3 times now. And it’s been a few times that I had to go back to return the item because it’s old or wrong order.

I have been here many times as I work in the area. The food has been superb multiple times, but not always. The service has always been good, but I have found that the sides can be a hit or miss. I've never had a problem with the burgers, but the fries aren't always cooked or seasoned properly. I have found that the onion rings lack the appropriate amount of Seasoning salt.

Went through drive thru. Lady on speaker was nice but very slow entering our order, I assumed she was in training and didn't mind. We were given exactly what we ordered and the food tasted amazing!

This is the 2nd time, buying chubby chicken, the buns had mold on. How disappointing. First time just disposed it. This time husband took it back.

Quick, courteous drive through pick up after ordering online. App is no good to get any discounts though.

Worse establishments are hard to find than this.ordered food systematically fails.there are people who do not know English at the checkout

I have found that a and w is the best of all the food please to eat at the best price and the staff are very good condition and response is good I have been in three provenance they have been good

Had a below average experience, after I put up the original review they reached out to me and got everything sorted.

They surprisingly cared about the experience I had at their restaurant, which is rare.

A&w used to be my favorite coffee, but since they went "organic" it is terrible. Tastes like water now. Blah

I went through the drive thru last week at lunchtime. Wasn't busy at all and I was told to wait for my meatless burger for 5 minutes. That was fine, I waited for about 10 and my yam fries were cold, onion rings; soggy and they forgot my sauce for the fries and my drinks! Had to wait for her to bring out the drinks. Pretty sloppy when you're paying 15$ each for lunch.

Hamburgers were terrible just like the service. No onion rings because of Covid. Wonder what covid had to do with no onion rings. Out of hamburgers one other day?

Most of the time the staff is nice but today was the worst costmer service I was dissapointed the food they gave me was burnt and dry I hope they can fix it for next time

The staff is usually polite and efficient. The ladies bathroom always reeks of air freshener, it is really unpleasant.

When we are ordering our food to eat in, why, why would you serve us our drinks in a paper cup? On a plus 32 hot day, I was looking forward to a frosty mug for my drink. Nobody wants a warm root beer in a paper cup on a hot day. At least if you had ice cubes.but no ice cubes either. The teen burger was okay, but the meal was ruined by the warm drinks.

Fairly good burgers at an average price. Decent service.one of the better fast food chains in canada I would say.

First bad experience. I went in to get breakfast at 5 pm since breakfast is advertised as all day and was told that they will not make sausages since their grill is set to a different temperature. So is breakfast based on whatever the staff at the time feels what they want to cook?

Absolutely terribly run establishment. They never have all of their products offered. Out of burger patties for buddy burgers. Our of fries on numerous occasions.
Decided to order a poutine and they were out of cheese curds today. So I asked for fries and gravy in the box. To my surprise I received a box of fries with maybe a table spoon of gravy

Exactly what I've come to expect here this summer. The kitchen/dining area is FULL of flies and they got my order wrong.again!

Waited at the drive thru for someone to take our order.waited out front for our food, a young blonde feller brought our food and was very nice. Checked our food and was missing a fork and the young man noticed I was getting out of my vehicle and he ran back in and brought out a fork and apologized.
We called to tell the supervisor that this young man was doing a great job but unfortunately he didn't seem to care and made us feel as tho this young man was going to get in trouble.we need more workers like this young man and to tell these young folk their doing a good job when they do so. Good job!
