Barber Motors Chevrolet Buick GMC

After ordering new tires and rims and nut kit because the vehicle I bought had winter tires on it. I was called by service saying the nuts were stripped so instead of drilling it out they cut apart the rim. Which left me with thinking ok sh#t happens and I will get another rim ordered. But when I asked, the company was out of that rim. I went and asked I was told the studs were stripped that's why they cut the rim apart (which was still sitting by the tire changer). But if the studs were stripped they would have had to replace the rotor. Which was not the case. So now all 4 rims have to be replaced because this happened. I understand backing your employees. But I think everyone should own there mistakes. The rest of the tires and rims are in their storage. Not sure where the nuts are. Oh and the.reason I bought new rims was so they wouldn't have to take the tires off and switch to the other rims. Not impressed.

Awesome service all around

Booked an apointment for some work 3 weeks in advance. Was told parts would be here. Dropped truck off for the day, found out no work was able to be done because no one communicated that parts werent actually ordered for it and wasted their time, my time, and the mechanics time. This is the worst dealership i have ever dealt with for getting service done

We blew a belt driving through from out of town Canada Day weekend. They were able to squeeze us in after 4: 00 and get us back on the road before 5: 30. They were super friendly and professional.

We moved to Weyburn in September. We shopped around for a new vehicle and after looking online and at several other establishments, we decided to make a purchase at Barber Motors.
