Had a delicious beef burrito and chips with salsa today. Staff was friendly and food was excellent.

I don’t know if it’s shrink flatiron or what, but these two burrito bowls were almost $30. I got 3 small pieces of crunchy chicken and barely any rice, even though I asked if I could sub the beans for extra rice. Wouldn’t recommend the east location. South location is better, more portions for your money, and more efficient service.

Nice place, reasonable price and the food was amazing. This was my first time visiting this place. I wish folks who were serving at the counter could be a little more patient while I was choosing my toppings as I felt like they wanted me to hurry up so they could serve the next customer.

Disgusting and disrespectful service by the servers! Even there is no management person who will take complaints!

Super delicious burrito bowls. Service was awesome. It was my first time here, the worker helped me through selections and was super friendly. Less than $30 for two bowls, can barely get anything with that amount anymore. Worth it, would recommend.

I work across Canada and often enjoy barBURRITO.
I had a bowl at this location and it was the smallest potion I have ever seen. Filling a bowl 2/3 full of lettuce to hide the tiny rice/beans/veggie ground is shameful. I paid $15, and had to visit another restaurant to finish my lunch.

Food is good but customer service is lacking. There was an error in the order and the staff told me about it before I left with my food however, they didn't offer to fix it or fix it when I asked. When following up with customer service they offered to make it right but then never actually followed up on the offer. I used to go here weekly but since it's lucky if I go there once a month.

Great food as a guy who has cyliac its been a struggle and to see a place that sells something gluiten free but for a simmiler price to regular ones is amazing

Tasty Burritos. Large portion size. And very friendly and helpful staff that took the time to explain thoroughly about the menu and their combos

I bought a chips trio today. Guacamole seems dark green like it was 2 days old and did not taste good. Queso cheese was cold.

Worst burrito I've ever had. The thing fell apart before I could even get my first bite. Not to mention it was burnt by the panini press. No flavour at all.

Missing items in my order, small portions then other stores and tasted horrible. Literally tasted like 2-3 days old food.never going back again

Great food. Horrible customer service. Went through 3 different servers to make 2 burritos. Skip the dishes takes precedent over your order even if its half way done. Was asked by 3 diffrent servers as to what toppings I wanted. No communication between them. Took almost 20 minutes with 1 person in line in front of me.

I went last week for the first time and I had such a disappointing experience. I though this place was an authentic Mexican place. They didn't have any coloured decoration, no hats, no maracas, no day of the dead skull thing. When I tried to communicate with my Spanish skills with the person at the counter, they told me no one there speaks Spanish, what a bummer! I have traveled several times to Mexican speaking countries, so I know what I'm talking about when I say this is not a "Fresh Mexican Grill" such as you state. Never coming back again. I would strongly recommend you to improve the Mexican experience I was expecting, so no one else can have such a terrible disappointment as I did.

Went in there and ordered a meal. The staff was talking behind thier mask and with tables seperating the ordering area between us, she said something and I couldn't quite hear it. I said "I'm sorry, what was that. " I got the biggest eye roll from her and then she turned and said something else while facing the other direction. Again I said "I'm sorry, what was that". So she got very irritated and raised her voice repeating something over quicker and quicker which just made it harder to understand and I shook my head because I COULDN'T hear her, I assumed she was saying like white or whole wheat in the end? I got through the order but this young girl was totally unprofessional and short tempered, the older lady there was good though. Love the food, hate the service provided.

The guy that made our food was super nice. Made us really feel like valued customers. Perfect place to drop by for a burrito before getting groceries.

East end is the BEST location - they hits it out of the park every time.

Sooo flavourful and fresh - from beans to the rice and protein.

The team packed the burrito so full and it stayed so intact. Not messy at all but so saucy. 25 out of 10.

The only place I would go for a quick lunch.

Such an amazing barburrito in Regina as they provide delicious food with right quantity and it is very clean place. I tried their burrito bowl and it was very tasty.

This is a good deal for the price, worth checking out if you are looking for a huge burrito with lots of toppings. Staff is very friendly.
