I don’t like leaving reviews but I came in in a Saturday and was so annoyed. I walked in. IMMEDIATELY one of the staff came up and started talking to me about the fall weather and stuff, which is fine I understand there trying to help. I continue looking at everything and I kid you not at least 6 other staff members come to me asking if I need help or telling me the same deals I’ve already been told 3 other times before, I was in the middle of smelling a candle and another worker came up to me “do you need a basket? ” Like no… I would’ve grabbed one if I needed one. I was so overwhelmed and annoyed it made me want to walk out. I love shopping here but it’s too overwhelming for me to have 6 different staff members coming up to me constantly.

Was there a week ago prior. Just popped in to check for travel size hand cream. Wasn't able to find what I wanted. Great thing i can check again later.

I dropped a product and even cut my finger because I’m clumsy but the staff was so considerate. Kirby came and checked on me multiple times and was so forgiving! I am definitely going back there and I am hoping that nothing breaks.

I worked at B&BW for maybe a month seasonal pt. I called into my “last” shift as I found out that day my cousin passed away and couldn’t make it. And couldn’t make it to my shift the next day. Then they didn’t schedule me for a week, okay fine, then another week then 4 weeks no schedule. A whole month passed by and they didn’t schedule me. Then they “removed”/“released” me from the company without telling me. I found out on my own through our work app. The head store manager Andrea also didn’t help when I first got the online app and stuff and she literally told me “I’m not helping you, figure it out”. Heard under her breath that she didn’t have time to help me. I don’t recommend. Great stuff not a great workplace. If I could put negative stars I would.:)

I was hesitant on even giving a one star review today. I usually look around, smell the scents before I make a purchase because its always awhile since my last visit. Usually, the stock has changed and what I bought last time is no longer available. I purposely came to Bath & Body Works to buy some shower gel and body lotion, but I didn't. Let me explain. I was 2 steps in, reaching for a basket when a service rep approached quickly saying something. I looked up, "asked what? " Then she said "what brings you here today". I felt "attacked". I answered "shopping" as I pointed into the store. Then she said "what are you looking for? ". That's when I put up my hand and shook my head "no" then turned around and left. This was my second visit to this location. My first since the pandemic. I think this particular service rep should have let me grab a basket first, let me in to look at something, and maybe saying "hi" and/or saying "let me know if I can help you".

Pretty busy with Christmas shopping, there'll be a lineup to get into the store but it does move quick. Social distancing in store is questionable with customers all over the place not following the rules.

I normally love the experience at Bath and Body Works but today was just awful. I had a plan to buy soap and candles, but I was not left alone for more than a minute! In the span of twenty minutes, I had AT LEAST 7 different sales staff (not to mention sometimes approached by the same person twice when I already told them I was fine on my own) approach me to tell me about sales, ask me about scents, etc. No matter how many times I said I just wanted to be able to smell the fragrances and choose what I wanted in peace, I kept being bothered. I appreciate the first person and I don’t mind being asked if I need help a couple times, but today was worse than being in a furniture store! I ended up not buying any soap and my mother didn’t buy ANYTHING because we were so annoyed and just wanted out of the store. This is incredibly irritating at any given time, but I also thought it was especially reckless considering we are still in a pandemic! I really don’t want or need that many strangers approaching me in the times we are living in. I will say everyone was very friendly and willing to help (even though I had said I didn’t need any) and the store was well organized and clean. I could tell the staff cared about the way the store appeared and each individual cared about the customer’s experience, but there seemed to be no communication about which customers had been spoken to/taken care of and how long they had been in the store without purchasing anything. I love B & BW and will continue to shop here, but I really don’t want another experience like I had today

I like the lotion but this store is a bit overpriced. For 2 candles, a normal sized lotion and a small handsoap I paid $75. I will say the soap smelled great and the bottle lasts a long time.

It was PACKED. They're supposedly limiting to 31 but it was busy, no social distancing, and everyone pulling their masks down to smell things. The few attempts at health measures near the check out were arbitrary and unhelpful. A pair of entitled, middle aged white women were pushing between people.

I couldn't find what I was looking for due to the immense crowd, and the sales people are GREAT but comically pushy: "are you sure you don't want four more soaps? They're on 5 for $25. " said to me by 3 different people, and they're obsessed with you using a shopping bag. I planned on using my own at checkout, so was holding my items just fine, and every single person working the floor asked why and if I wanted a bag "no thanks, " I repeated. Finally a sales woman just bemusedly brought me one and put my stuff in it.

In sum: lotions smell good, I like the foaminess of the soaps, candles don't pack as much scent as they used to, it's overpriced but nice for a treat if you don't mind dropping $100. In-store shopping is absolutely unsafe during the pandemic, with crowded lines as long as this review.

There was a old women discriminate on me about the price when I collected many items. That was a so rude tone,I will walk away next time if I saw her there.

Love the seasonal products but haven't returned to the store since pandemic.how does it work when customers are holding the bottles right up to their faces to smell the product? Leary yet.

Their hand soaps are decent, but most of their other products overuse of "fragrance" leave me unable to breathe in my home. And the customer service here is extremely hit or miss, I've had multiple experiences of not being greeted until I was purchasing.

Everytime we come here, I leave with like 10 different flavours of their foaming hand soap, the employees are always available to lend a hand if you need and they are always smiling

Buying at regular price can put a dent in your pocket but they regularly have great sales that makes their products the same prices as other stores. I love the three wick candles and get excited for new scents each season!
